Thanks Danah, that was very thoughtful and well-presented. My question for you is doesn't Twitter have the potential for more cross-cultural participation since it's accessible via phone (a more economical way to connect via SMS as opposed to a computer w/an internet connection)? That's not to say that all tweets will be "read" as equal but isn't that the job for major account holders -- to assist in distributing info and trends? Thanks!
