Something has been done to this track. You can hear it most clearly right at the beginning of the track. The Background decreases in volume when the people shout "hoo".

It ruins the track. look for the original, it sounds much better.

Its called "dynamic range compression", probarbly with a short delay. Normally done when recording individual instruments. But if you do it to the complete track, it destroys everything, feels like a mad person is constantly playing with the master volume.
