So how many characters do you see orson playing? Obviously not the narrator...
but, the chinese guy, at the strip club,the cop, the flower and dirty postcard seller, the woman above in the window..the one man band, the heavily made up sea captain type...Orson...

No, it's from the Criterion of F for Fake. Part of a documentary on the 2nd disc about his unfinished projects.
