Well, by abiding by our 'shitty gun laws' I could well have a LE No4 by the end of the academic year. Its not too hard to get one if you have a legitimate reason and can actually use the thing.
@nativedjd poison. it smells like poison. never smelled poison, but it's like a chemical and motor oil in one. well to be honest it smells like cordite. if you read military history about the artillery hiting and the "smoke filled battle feild" and the men that had to walk throu the smoke, they hated it. it would give you great emotion to know what that horrable smell is. I still have 40 rounds of surplus and you know you can smell it before it's fired the round just stinks like chemicals.
Well, from my experience, it smells like cooked cheap hotdogs. Nothing else like it :) I guess it's one of those smells that is nice at first, but after 30 minutes or so it gets overpowering and sickening.
@Qorlan Sadly you are lowering the rifle slightly - I know there's rimjam going on, but it's the way you operate the bolt. It's thumb and forefinger to open and close according to the manuals and, without checking for rimjam and so on, you should be able to maintain a sight picture whilst operating the bolt.

I don't see any "waving around", after the first round jamming from rimlock I was checking to make sure the rest were going as they should.

Look again: at 20, 23 and 27 sec you drop the weapon while you opperate the bolt!
