How can I make the video in WIDESCREEN but not in HD?

I dont want it HD cause its slow to load, and most people doesnt watch the HD at all, especially if the channel isnt very known by ppl.

@TheJohann09 You exported those videos with the black bars. Essentially what you did, was export it 16:9, but with a 4:3 video, so those black bars can't be fixed on youtube, only in your editing program.

@filmtipsandtutorials I dont get what you mean, only 2 of my videos are widescreen now after i put the tags, i took gameplays with WeGame and saved it on my pc, then i use windows movie maker and put the settings to 16:9 but its still not widescreen can you help me?

@TheJohann09 If you're using vegas, uncheck maintain aspect ratio in the pan option.
