I never thought anyone could get me to feel nostalgic about Kresge. Thanks girls. I met my future husband my first weekend of freshman year on the spot you did all your crying.
I fondly remember Dr Reist's wonderful "Fiction for Life" courses in the basement and the great acoustics by the entrance to the library. As a building it was ugly; maybe that's why it was so endearing. It had character.
That line at the end really sums up what I think about that place. That building really leaves an interesting impression, even if I was only there for a debate tourney.

They tore down Kresge? That's a shame...Kresge's roof was where we had all our midnight bbq's.
