@foxygirl511 it was a competition and we only had a 10 min limit. Plus the charity we were raising money for was centered around children so we had to try to keep it as PG as possible.

I miss everyone and playing rod...Hope to have a reunion with you soon!

Also whoever was Brian was TERRIBLE! He over acted and i know the whole show is supposed to be big and overacted in a way but he just looked really stupid and annoying. He upstaged everyone and was just dumb.

can't believe our video has had so many views!!! For those of you that don't know, UC Irvine holds a yearlong student-run Greek philanthropic fundraiser called Songfest, where all the sororities and fraternities are paired and asked to perform a 12 minute rendition of a Broadway musical. Thanks Justine for posting this!

i don't usually like it when people change the way plays and musicals are done but I think these kids did a good job singing. I especially like Kate Monster and Princeton's singing. Awesome guys! GREAT JOB!

Granted, this is an amateur competition, so the puppeteering is way off...but DAMN, these kids can sing! Princeton & Kate were dead on, and the group as a whole did a great job of adapting it for whatever time & subject-matter constraints they were under. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these singers ended up on Broadway themselves!
