@Sweetalk32: No the documentary was on Crazy Joey Gallo. I will say this as a resident from DC, Wayne Perry put fear in DC. I was around 13 or 14 during this time and can tell you that Wayne was feared and that gave Alpo respect in the city. If you want to really know the truth, Rayful did more dope in the city while in Lewisburg Pen then Alpo did when he was out.
