they are fratenal twins. They said in lot of their intervieuws if you watch them ;). First I don't believe it too. But I think they know it the best so they aren't identical twins. It's weird cause they really looked like eachother but it's true.

It's pretty likely that they did this video for the publicity, because even though they are in fact, fraternal, they still look exactly alike, or as some would say identical, so the people that helped produce the song and video probably decided to to do it anway. Because they're cute and look enoguh alike to get away with it, without too many people complaining that's my view, anyway

I'm an identical twin, and my twin and i love this song! I know The Olsen twins are Fraternal, but this is a great song and i'm glad they made it! Its strange, i can't tell them apart. But then again, i can't tell who i am in photos with my own twin!

Hi :) You can tell them apart in some photos, becouse mary kate nearly always smiles with her mouth closed, not showing her teeth, but ashley does. Also they have very diffrent styles and i think ashley has a mark on her face or something....? not sure tho
