It may not look like it from the videos as I didn't have good lighting. But if you watch Dr. Cotterills channel on YouTube you will see my transplant surgery. You will see a shot from the top view which shows my temples had recessed quite far back. I'm happy with my results now.

hm.....it doesn't really look like you have much hair loss. So how did the surgery go for you? Lotsa hair growth? Im thinning on the backs of my head.

Youth has NOTHING to do with it. It's self recognition, if you're looking in the mirror and can't see the you you grew up with and hair is the answer..

You're going to have to keep this up for a lifetime. Saw palmetto is a great DHT inhibitor and the folklore about it was true for me,. stopping my hairloss dead.

Did Saw Palmetto really help? I'm taking Procerin which contains SP and I've had no joy with it all.

I had 6 scalp reductions popular in the mid nineties, 3000 mini grafts (follicular unit extractions (FUE)) 1994-6. I've about 1250 FUE left, but higher sides allow me to effectively cover. 

But by 2006 I'd lost so much new FUE work, I was desperate, Minoxodil/Propecia worthless. BUT--6 days after 3 SP morning, 3 evening, my hairloss stopped DEAD BANG. Hairloss went from 150/day, to 25 a WEEK!

What's lost's lost but remaining hairs are tree stalks. YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN NEED HT. Try it.

Why should ANYONE have to feel the stress or discomfort of thinning, especially if they are still very young. There is NO WAY that you can tell me that a person with less hair looks younger than if they had all their hair. We are a youth obsessed culture. We find young people attractive. You have (I assume) a wife and a beautiful baby girl judging by your videos. You're all set and confident in how you look and feel. Others aren't so lucky. Besides...a transplant is not a big deal !

@MarksHairBlog ok you are obviously doing this to promote dr cotteral. So many of these hair videos are so fake and obvious promotions! Not genuine at all!

Most of you guys aren't even close to balding and have plenty of hair....i want to see how someone who is completely bald looks after and i want to know more about all those cuts they make in the back, is that pemanent?

And most importantly...does all the hair implanting stay...can you lose that hair eventually???

I agree with this for women - no Woman should ever have to go bald. But Men.... I dunno..
