You may not be able to downgrade. If there is no option in the menu, then your only choice may be to reset the phone to the factory state (but backup first!). Red Bend Software's FOTA solution includes a revertible (reverse) update feature, but Nokia is not using that.

On ovi: Device could not be detected, failed update.
On suite: Dont use USB hub, failed update.
Fota: No updates available, failed update.
Phone is unlocked and works using v12 firmware.
What you gotta say about that :/?
