Well Disney World and Disney land both have their pros and cons, so i'd say they are equal all around. Disneyland has better characters, and Disney World has rides.

Eh, there are some who enjoy working there, and there are some who just see it as a "job". Most of the positions like the mascot (Mickey, Pinocchio) and the face (Peter Pan, Snow White) characters are part-time though :(
