This actually sounds eerily similar to a the cover done by The Format. You have a voice that is very much like their singer.

As far as feeling, I thought you certainly had some noticeable nuances in your singing; too much and it can start to sound shmalzy. One thing you might try however is some inflection in your guitar playing, maybe some grace notes or even some improv'd syncopation.

Your covers are all great with no exception. For this one, I agree with some though. This is a tough song to cover because it makes you run out of breath (It's a studio song). When you speed it up it's inevitable that the enunciations are going to come out with less feeling.

I think you're good at singing and playing, it's just that many people make faces and things like they're "feeling" the music (though sometimes you can tell it's forced). I think people are just use to seeing that, but you're voice is emotive.
