Her name is Joan Blackman. Elvis' sweetheart "Maile" in Blue Hawaii (1960) and a brief romantic interest during and after the filming. Also his co-star in Kid Calahad (1962) Elvis' boxing flick.

My son was stationed in Oahu before deploying to Iraq. The island is so beautiful. We got to go twice before his deployment. I highly recommend the trip. Jet lag is bad but it is worth it. Elvis made the movie and Hawaii made the background scenery complete. Thanks for posting this.

This is such a very relaxing, underrated,soothing and marvelous song. As you know, this song is from my 4th most favorite Elvis motion picture "Blue Hawaii". Three of Elvis' movies were filmed on location in Hawaii. Elvis loved Hawaii a whole lot and he visited Hawaii on so many occasions. I've never been to Hawaii, but I truly believe that Hawaii is the most beautiful of the 50 states of the United States. I loved this video so very much, 10 Stars as always Jackie.
