  • the drummer was soo fuckin awesome, i was into it until the singer tried to sing the chorus. Epic fail dude.

  • AWESOME~THE DRUMMER KICKS ASS! I LOVE WHEN ANYONE DOES THIS SONG WITHOUT DIESRESPECTING THOM~GOOD JOB

  • Cords! Cords! Cords! Pls tell me the cords :)

  • really don't like this, sorry guys. Good drumming though!

  • The drumming is amazing. The rest is....well,needs to be worked on

  • @LOLRetardz are you kidding? or maybe you just havent heard the original?

  • that drumming is amzing, like a fucking drum machune

  • @LOLRetardz Listen to Idioteque.

  • i think it's pretty good, this song's hard to cover, and a cover isn't supposed to be a carbon copy, seeing as it's their own interpretation of a song they love.

  • i thought the vocals were good. he's no thom yorke, but neither are you, so give him a break

  • let's change a title of video please

  • not bad... I'll say much more... but I'm asking why it is not the Radiohead but only radiohead cover?

  • Of all the covers I've seen of this song, this is my favourite.

  • That high part in singing kinda sucks.

  • The vocals suck b/c the guy is trying to sing like an emo dork

  • i really like the cover. it very good and well done. I love it!

  • It's a very good effort. I realize how difficult is to cover this song. Good job

  • the vocal kills me

  • starts good... but the voice sucks!

  • ok.... that was a good effort, thanks for your participation..¬_¬

  • what the fuck! bad cover...

  • Sounds like kareoke night -.-

  • they just murdered the song... :/

  • I don't know why but I like this cover, even though the vocal is off!

  • His voice is annoying but it's not bad.

Doesn't suit this mood so well, I feel as if the song was changed into a "scene" version of its original self.

Anyways the drums was a cool effort.

  • kinda good, but vocal........... sry

  • I love the drums, the singing is awful, but there is nothing better than make shift drumming

  • Really good cover. thing that stuck out to me is the drums/percussion. really cool. vocals gave it a slightly different sound too. good stuff.

  • Damn, dont destroy my favorite group song, idioteque was insulted here, create your own music intead of destroying others great creations.

  • this would have been cool with a cajon too? or am I just craz.

  • Most Excellent, guys!

  • Man this was pretty bitching awesome.

Vocals I don't have a problem with, i know how hard it is to sing, especially over other instruments. Either you have it or you don't. I give this guy props for giving his best.

I especially liked the percussion and that harmonica, harmonica can never be out of place in a song.

  • if u could sing this would be immense

  • I really didn't think vocals sucked as much as people say. I liked this version. It gave it a different feel as novac gustav described.

Harmonica was totally out of place tho, yes.

  • fk that singer is spoiling the song, with its crappy voice

  • se corre del pulso wn, como va a ser increible el batero xD

  • good drummer .. the singer sux ass

  • the drummer was great! But the harmonica had no reason to be there!

  • Where was this? At the Church Social?

  • The Drummer was awesome and spot on!

  • Jajajajajaja

    dejen de jugar chavitos!!

  • you kids are high as shit

  • Singer Sucks alot

  • wow this guy should cover a song with vocals his voice CAN perform.... this would have been pretty good with a voice that fits this song... ...

  • I thought the vocals were the best part, very raw and strained - but it added to the overall tone of the song. Especially the scratchy/screaming parts of the "here Im allowed everything all the time." section.

  • great idea guys, but..please..the voice must stay in tune !

  • this is awesome

  • fuck u

  • does the drummer use cajon?

  • wtf

  • i have to go listen to the real version now.

  • singer kinda sounds like the guy from third eye blind at times. take that as you will

  • ur vocals fuck up guy xD

  • wow ur vocals fuck up a cool cover otherwise

u guys should have selected someone who isn't a douche to sing

  • Absolutely AWESOME Guys!!! Congratulations. You have to have guts to make your own version of that so difficult song. Specially an acoustic version. Keep on rocking guys!!!!! Hope to see more vids from you soon!!!!

  • Haha awesome!

  • yeyeyeah :) that sound sooooo good :) ! makes me want to dance hhaha :)

  • Fucking awesome...really creative. Good sense of style, didn't copy radioheads but did your own version, so neatly played out guys.

  • fuckin eh!

  • Melodica, percussion is good, but i don't like vocals (voice) at all. And i dont understend - why people trying to copy Thoms voice in chorus? It happens with all the cover versions, and it always sux...

  • seriously! he needs to go down an octave or two or three and concentrate on focus on vibrato instead of range

  • That guy is on point with the percussion... nicely done. What a bunch of lame people in that room, they prob saw an accoustic and thought they would hear Jack Johnson covers... ha!

  • Most of the people there dont even know who the fuck is radiohead...nice

  • WTF?

    Are you Snoop dog?

  • Excelente version

  • well first off, 1/2 of the beauty of this is that it came out of the heads of the member sof radiohead. the other 1/2 of the beauty is the fact that these people picked such a good song (imo) and apparently worked pretty hard at it i think it was all done well..... p.s. i cant sing that well man, good job.

  • the vocal kills this song

  • @vesenxrz yeah

  • The Best Cover from Idiotique Ever... Not Radiohead but a own Spirit...

  • Yeah i gotta agree with everyone else here... the drums are great, the music is good, but the vocals are absolutely awful. That guy just flat-out cant sing, and doesn't even try to make his voice fit with the song. He's sings it like it's a my chemical romance song *shudders*

  • I've come back to this about 5 times now - first time I didn't really like it but having sampled many other covers of this song I have to admit this is one of the better ones. Unfortunately it does have that nasty American whiny vocal going on and a lack of power in the high sections but the actual construction and beat are solid

  • i liked it :T

  • not bad but nearly

  • Sounds like lots of cats in heat, American cats... Meow

  • yea this is really bad lol

  • this is a joke yeah? the guitar is awful.. and the singing?! he sounds like chris off family guy in the episode when he joins a band!! haha

  • trust me theres nothin nice about this performance

  • wow i mean the singing was very iffy, and the timing abit out here and there. but 10 points for effort, especially performing it live... i would have kept this one to the confines of my bedroom

  • i like it pretty ballin hahahhaha

  • not a bad effort hehehe

  • really cool!

  • interesting

  • i think id of pissed my pants if i was in that room!! but to your credit thats takes guts to try an cover, crazy people!!

  • unique idea, nice cover, decent guitar riffs, everything seems ok

    BUT

that vocals are ruining the whole composition dudes...

that is something like green day cover of radiohead. I hate the americanization of british vocal type. its like hearing dawsons creek end credits or something. cheesy as hell.

  • couldn't agree more

  • LMFAO!!! You described exactly what I was thinking. Fucking terrible AMericansky voices these fools have. lol!!!!

  • oooh. borderline rascist. lol.

    I'm british btw

I think if the sing had done it identical to yorke it would of been boring and un-original.

Originality = why radio rock so hard.

  • Lol americans arent a race they are a disease! I'm American by the way..

  • and you funknotik, stop trying to insult yourself, what the hell is wrong with you??? Making a generalization like american's are a disease is like saying all the arabs are terrorists :) or all the jewish people are trying to erase palestine or whatever. just chill guys, peace is what we all need. This is just a video :D just enjoy!

  • The art of Sarcasm eludes you... Again Americans are not a race so comparing Americans and Arabs does not make sense. Also I am american and the most American thing to do is to speak your mind. We do need peace, I was being sarcastic. Fucking Americans!!!

  • oh, now i get your point. apo-poli-logies :)

  • also you shouldn't say americans, maybe northamericans, but what about Canada?

In soutamerica everyone sings totally different than this. and thats without counting the one who can sing.

ok more interesting facts about the world :D?

  • bordeline racist? take it easy buddy... first of all, i did not say it was UNoriginal, referring to your unoriginal statement, and it doesn't have to be identical to yorke, it's just my opinion, as it's your own one. I have already said that the composition is unique, but the vocals, oh boy, i can not help thinking a teen slasher movie when i watch this video. Sorry to hurt your feelings about borders and whatever. It is just MY opinion. So take it easy, huh? :)

  • cool

  • soft

  • Drunk people should'nt sing or play in front of an audience that big. BAD

  • hahahahahaha!!

  • hilarious!

drums fantastic throughout! guitar gets better as it goes along. idk about that singing though????!!?!

  • Isnt it "Whos in A bunker?".. This guy seems too sing "Whos in bunker"..

Overall i laughed my ass off of this performance XD

  • No, Thom sings ''Whos in Bunker'' as well.

  • Am I the only that thinks they sound Jimmy Fallon? HAHA

  • The guitarist sucks IMHO, the drummer and the singer is amazingly good! thanks for posting this, this is infinitely better then i could ever do!

  • that was fucking sweet. but i lol'd at the falsetto part. still pretty damn awesome.

  • one of radiohead's most electronic doesnt sound so bad acoustic

  • Counting Crows meets Radiohead. hahahaha @ vocals. Drums were the hilight.

  • the best part of the performance is the drums

  • drums are siick!

    vocals seem kinda emo

    pretty good effort though

  • the vocals are horrible but other than that sounds good.

  • much better without the vocal

  • Very good!

  • I like your drum-man.

  • sign me up for this class

  • i like this :)

  • The crowd never wanted to leave a room so badly

  • good good!!!

  • fuckin great drummer here

  • Just some constructive criticism, your voice isn't horrid, but it defintely would have sounded better if you were standing. Better air circulation in the vocal chords. Definitely a cool interpretation of the song though.

  • fake-drum machine, (joke) good job

  • its awesome could you tell me the chords?

  • that is some sweet drumming action going on. i like that the guitarist kept it simple. the verses weren't bad in terms of vocals...harmonizing didn't work so well, but that is one tough chorus to pull off to begin with.

  • That was really good. Well done.

  • amazing drum sound, not sure about the rest of it

  • drumming = W00TAWESOME

    guiar = interesting

singing = ... half of the time awesome... other half a bit odd

  • awesome drumming

  • that was better than i thought it wud be lol good job

  • change up in voice was interesting.

at least i would know what it would sound like if someone finally stopped tryin to copy thom and go for their own.

    other musicians were awesome

    i say great job.

  • your voice sucks man....hard time....bleah! :-& although the rest is realy ok!

  • OH MY GOD I FUCKING LOVED THIS SOO)O)O)O0o0o0o MUCH

    shit

    that was beautifal

    voices and all!!!!

  • great great great music, but bad voices, i'm sorry. but genious sound!!!

  • YO!! not bad at all. i only realized there was a 4th person there like 2 minutes in lol. but good stuff

  • well done good job and acoustic-versioning hehe but dont like his voice, i think thom's voice pitch and singing style is irreplaceable for a song like this

  • i thought this was brilliant,

it looks super fun too, like one of the coffee houses at my school,

&i personally love that they substituted the higher notes with singing together and a raspy voice,

    <33

  • i thought this was really neat and it was a good job that crowd sucks tho ferealll

  • You know what...it's not THAT bad. I mean, it's easier to say it sucks than to actually point out what's wrong with it. I actually think musically they did a very good cover. The beat was on and the guitar sounded nice. Singer could lose the "emo" sound but then again, Thom sings really high. 3 stars from me.

  • I say good effort, because i love making music. and radiohead is one of my all time favorite bands..BUT...i think this is a really cool cover just to mess around at home with a couple of friends..its just kind of a weird choice to play in front of a crowd of people..

  • Good effort.

  • i really enjoy when people come together and make music , even if it is a cover of a great band, like radiohead´s, but, there is a very thin line you shouldn´t cross if you are aware of your limited skills... like i said before, i like when people gather to make some music, but this particular time the evidence makes everything confusing... wich is a polite way to say, you suck.

  • very good,

the chorus is a bit weird at first, that's all

but i reckon it's hard to sing it without a mic

  • woww nice!!!

good job at keeping the rhythm!

  • in key, at least.

  • great voice, good effort... best cover i have seen.

  • Excellent video! This group has a lot going for it.

  • and i think they were singing 'this one is for the children' a the end. too bad:D:D:D

  • well there's something in it i like although there's no point in comparing it to the original or live versions;)

  • embarrasing, it would have been less embarrasing over a bonfire or something like that.

  • this sucks. the only good thing about the performance is that your drummer is a good mimic. please quit singing

  • Lame.

  • not bad

  • Haha i liked it. So different, nice

  • when I saw the title of this vid I didn't think it was real... this is really cool that some people are actually trying this!

  • the singer sucks

  • true that!

  • I like it very much. Great cover, it realy makes me feel happy. Thanks!

  • very good beats but voices.......mmmmm dont like very much

  • mmmm I like it! and your singing gets better at the end...

  • nice beats... the rest is just as if it was me singing while having a cold shower

  • this is sweet in my opinion

  • jajajajaj

    incredible cover.

    the beat its just awsome

  • It's a really hard song to sing, i think it was not bad, and some parts are really good.

like it quite a lot =)

  • thats why people should stop trying to imitate thom's voice, and just do their own thing.

  • that beat was awesome..but the vocals and guitar totally killed the whole song... i NEVER WANT to hear thi scover again.

  • whoever was doing the beat was right fucking on! I wanna jam with him!

  • infront of all those people? ...

  • you dont have a a shitty voice why would you even think that

just work on it, work on the high notes, the perfection of the keys and the octaves...

notice how freddie mercury of queen was a better singer after 30 years of singing? just takes time keep going

  • Not too shabby. I really like the drumming or whatever the hell this guy was using. Right the fuck on!

  • he was using a tupperware tote. :)

  • damn guys, i know i'm not the best singer ever. to those of you who think i sound like simple plan/fall out boy/whatever, it's not my fault i was born with a shitty voice. no one else wanted to sing, and this performance was thrown together in a matter of hours right before a talent show. don't be such assholes.

  • Dude, it's not a shitty voice. It's a voice that many teenagers have that sounds really similar even if you try and force it to change.

Not really a bad voice, I admit.

  • also... for some reason most radiohead fans are complete douchebag pseudo intellectuals, which is weird considering what band we are concerning here....

  • Gee, that's not a stereotype. Sounds like something a douchebag pseudo-intellectual would say.

  • Completely agree with you. It seems that the majority of RH fans have there heads so far up thoms arse that they.. well they just have their heads up his arse. Note this is coming from someone who absolutely loves Radiohead. All alot of us seem to do is bash Muse and and anyone else who sounds a bit like Rh or tries to cover them.

  • I liked the instrumentals a lot, but I don't really think the vocals fit the song. Maybe a bit...gentler?

  • I'm sorry for writing that wrong. I have trouble with my english because it's my fourth lenguage. Still, this really really really really really sucks. It's the crapiest thing I've ever seen in my life.

  • wow.. i feel sham for you.. This isn't just week; it's stupid...I can't believe this is really happening (8)

  • I think the words you're looking for are 'shame' and 'weak'. read what you write before you post it ass face.

  • They're so great!!!

    Look at my Idioteque Polyclip!

  • i actually thought this was ok, ppl are being a bit harsh

  • The music is good. I like someone else said, the instrument arrangement is awesome. The vocals though... not very true to Radiohead. Too whiny. Too... Fall Out Boy? Yeh.
