I think it's a close match, since I seen episodes of DarkWillow and/or Illyria. DarkWillow isn't just a witch and Illyria isn't just a powerful demon. Darkwillow has the Knowledge of the Darkmagics and Illyria has the experiences before the time of WolfRam&Hart. It's like Ghengis Kahn vs Sun Tzu. DarkWillow went more hellbent & vengefull, Illyria is more patient & would mostlikely know her enemies before facing them. Illyria after all killed Spike, Wesly, Lorne & Angel in a different time line.
