@swifters100 Thanks for the comment. No, it was not hard to get a 1 bedroom. People usually do not request them as fast as the others b/c it does cost more, and most people do what they can to have as little as possible taken out of their paycheck each week. This is because you dont get paid much to begin with.
Yes, this is the actual apartment we lived at. And it's all up to you really. If you're not much into partying and like your space, I'd go with as few roommates possible, but if you like the company, the more the merrier. But you don't know who you'll get and it can be the best adventure of your life or your worse night mare.
I'm going to be there in 2-3 weeks. And me and my roommate are rying to figure out what apartment we want. We are considering 3-4 people. Now does patterson have four bedroom apartments or just three? And what do you recommend, Chatham or Patterson? I'm bringing my car because I'm flying, so which one is closer to a bus stop. Thanks!- Amanda
@MarieScorp89 Patterson only has 1 - 3 bedroom apartments. I personally have never been in a Chatham apartment, but I have heard they are nice. Patterson is newer then Chatham. Chatham is closer to the Bus stop. Patterson and Chatham share the bus stop that is infront of the Chatham complex. I have heard that if your in the back of CHatham, that its no closer to the bus stop then walking over from Patterson. So really, there might not be much difference.
Thanks so much for posting this! I'm heading down tomorrow for next week's check-in, so it's really nice to see the apartments before I have to choose!
I really want a 1br at patterson court i'm leaving aug 12 you think they will still have some open? oh and i'm not bring my car is there a bus stop in patterson? thanxs
If that's your check in date, there should be some available. The bus stop is only at Chatham Manor which is down the block. It takes like 5 whole minutes to walk over there.
