  • you r beautiful and smart. some guy is gonna b lucky

  • Why isn't there a button I can use to just thumbs up all your Ron Paul videos at once?

  • A++++. A child is entitled to an education, because any society that wants to last more than 20 years has a vested interest in bringing young people up w/ the general skills necessary to cope and to become contributing, self-relaint citizens. Math, reading, language, some civics, history, and science. Beyond that, you should fund your own education. If you want a degree in Medieval French Feminist Poetry, pay for the damn thing yourself.

  • Get educated... and think!

    Make education more affordable...

    Vote for Ron Paul!

  • Smart people are pretty too ^^

  • @kathyrndelong

so you read the healthcare comment previously. It also works with Colleges. Colleges won't necessarily lower tuition rates simply because federal loans are eliminated. Less gov't doesn't necessarily create competition among colleges. It doesn't work like that; you're following the same flawed Classical theory in Economics. You're basically indirectly saying that people who can afford it will pay, and students who can't afford it will be screwed.

  • @kathyrndelong

You can't just say that eliminating federal loans will cause the market to become more competitive. For example, referring to healthcare, if we eliminated federal programs like medicare and medicaid for middle class and poor, it wouldn't necessarily make healthcare more affordable. Private healthcare companies will still have their prices so high in order to raise their salaries and with medicare and medicaid eliminated, it gives people less options for affordable healthcare.

  • Cannot stand when people want "free" healthcare or education, when it's impossible to make these things free. Whenever the government gets involved, prices always increase because there's a lack of adequate competition. Laws should support competition wherever possible, it secures the most efficient product. Great video and well said!

  • You are cute!!!

  • Amen girl...Pretty, and smart. Me lika allot Ron Paul 2012

  • I'm not sure what I think of this. It seems like colleges would just try to get as much money as they can. This would probably make college out of reach of those trying to pay making minimum wage. Minimum wage isn't even a living wage. People making minimum wage can't afford to pay out of pocket, even assuming college costs were much lower. If colleges made more money by making it so that only those that make at least $12 an hour can afford it, they will. They won't make much off minimum wage.

  • So those that don't make enough will be screwed out of a future.

  • How is a LOAN free money?

  • if it government loans making education expensive, then why is health care so expensive, which DOES NOT HAVE government loans???

  • IT'S A LOAN. not FREE MONEY. I guess any education is wasted on YOU if you don't even grasp that simple fact.

What you suggest will lead to college education for the rich only. This will close the bigger gene pool from poor and middle class people.

You mistakenly think this won't harm you. You're wrong

I love RepuKKKes. They think it's moral & CONSTITUTIONALto use my taxmoney to kill foreigners, but UNCONSTITUTIONAL to use taxmoney to EDUCATE AMERICANS!

  • @BrianPratpick why did federal education debt surpass credit card debt? who do you think is footing the bills when all these kids default on their loans? thank god they can't get rid of them FOREVER!!!

  • Ron Paul is right about college. The government makes college too expensive. Easy federal loans leads to killing the college free market.

  • @freedomwv oooh you mean Harvard, Princeton, Yale are going bankrupt because of federal loans?

Why do you hate the middle class?

  • 2 reasons whu Im going to subcribe to Kathryndelong. 1) She is very smart and completely agree with what she said. Ron Paul 2012! 2) She is extrememly GORGEOUS =D

  • hey girl, I'd vote for you ;) 9 on 10 elbows

  • Yes my big breasted overlord I will obey...

  • @Realpra she's asian, so no big boobs

  • I like to study gender.. :P

  • Schools like OSU have billion dollar endowments for some reason they don't use it.

  • what would you say to the people in America do exactly? mean while trying to get over this resession. They put the people in the lower class that rely on those minimum wage jobs to go to school.

  • I mean I rather get an education and be put into debt than starve and watch my family starve. If Ron Paul is elected would you liquidate the interest created by the loans to students that have them out?

  • @gorillazoid why not try to be self-sufficient and learn skills and start businesses? or let me guess, you'd rather get a useless degree so you think you can push papers on the desk while sitting in a chair all day.. no wonder your kind can't get a job these days.

  • @IncentiveMediaTV most importantly I am going to school for chemical engineering, it is the harderst 4 year degree to get in any school. I want to be apart of the renewable energy movement and I am in my second year of the engineering program, not to mention the A's I have been recieving for my perserverence. I am dual enrolled in a community college and Oregon State University. For you to assume who I am and what I do automically shows your ignorance and erogance.

  • @IncentiveMediaTV also I believe in a resourced base economy, that pretty much says we should all have everything given to use that we need or want. And I bet that you think that is crazy! well its not if youtube allowed me to type my explantion I would, but since it is youtube watch my mentor that I follow, Jaques Fresco. you can go ahead and pick any video. all I ask is that you thank me later.

  • volume off and fap fap fap

  • ron paul needs to show some economoic long term graphs and charts

  • Visit bluerepublican . org for more information on voting in the primaries to ensure that Ron Paul is the GOP nominee.

    /watch?v=UtGRHg3a8Iw

  • Well, what do you know, Ron Paul actually got this one right. BTW, you look particularly beautiful in this video.

  • Ron Paul is the only candidate that follows the Constitution wholeheartedly.

  • you got it together girl, where the hell were you when i was single?

  • Ron Paul, a man of character and integrity who understands the government printing of theft principle.

  • You know, there are a lot of jobs in America but they require an engineering degree. "Gender studies" isn't going to cut it.

  • Your thinking is overly simplistic. The counter-example that should be obvious for you to consider given your background is the university system in South Korea.

I often find that Ron Paul supporters are intelligent people who are willing to think outside the box, but they have the unfortunate American cultural tendency of buying into simplistic ideologies, rather than looking at the complex ways in which the world really works.

  • What ever happened to working and going to school so you have no debt or little debt when you graduate. And, it's cheaper to go to a community college to get the basics out of the way and then transfer to a State University. If the government would get out of the business of education there would be more schools available and it would become less expensive! RP 2012

  • sexyyyyyy

  • And lastly, the freemarket DOES work and DOES help keep prices down. One concern I saw here was that a company would initially provide low prices than raise them. Maybe so. However, when the freemarket is allowed to flourish, such as in a Libertarian society that Ron Paul supports, then this gives more encouragement for competition.

Any competitive business knows that if they want to compete, they either have to offer a better service, or provide lower prices. Now you have options.

  • Ron Paul also isn't saying that Iran SHOULD have nukes, or that we should pretend that they don't have the ability to obtain nukes. Simply stated, why should America dictate if they can or can't while we, along with Great Britain and other super-powers are allowed to stockpile them? Iran is surrounded by countries that have equal ability. Why should they not be able to defend themselves accordingly?

  • There are too many naive people on this page. No, Muslims DON'T want Americans dead. They want us out of their country. We have been occupying their land since the Cold War, armed to the teeth, interrogating and even killing their people, raiding and ransacking their homes. To oversimplify it, we caused 9/11.

Paul's foreign policy is to stop aligning ourselves with programs such as the U.N. and instead make our foreign policy consist of friendly trade. That is an alliance in itself.

  • The problem with arguments like this is that they're made in complete ignorance of the existence of other countries in the world.

The Free Market Drives Costs Down argument doesn't work for example in the case of health care. Private means that a lot of money is going to end up taken home as "profits".

I don't think there's much point pretending it's a "moral" argument. Even if redistribution of wealth was immoral, allowing people to die or live in poverty is worse.

  • @TakeshiAndTheKid The US pay far more for their healthcare than France or Sweden, and nobody seems to be able to explain this away. I fail to see how the same reasoning would work for education.

Ron Paul may mean well and some of his ideas have merit. But the idea that small government is always best doesn't align with the reality of other countries. Greece had smaller than EU average public spending. There's been no real correlation here between spending and size of crisis in the EU.

  • Way to inform, kathryndlong! Keep fightin' the good fight! 2012 & Beyond!

  • schools is about money

  • School is still going to cost a couple of thousand dollars, teachers and staff need to get paid. Ron Paul went to medical school, if his parents paid for it then hes a rich kid and out of touch with the real world. How did he afford to pay for medical school, loans?

  • I agree with just about everything you have said here but for the part about voting for a lunatic like Ron Paul, his foreign policy is pretty non existent. Ya Ron, let's let Iran have nukes and let's just pretend Muslims don't want all Americans dead. What planet do you live on.....generalisation MY ASS!!!!!!!

  • @seupoat Well, if you're so gung ho about taking these ppl out then I can safely assume that you are a part of some military branch currently on the front line somewhere around the world... am I right? If you are, then I respect your comment. But if you 're just some chickenshit asshole living off of my taxes while you party on campus as you scam poonani with roofies in hand, then tell me where you live and we'll discuss this on a more personal level, Peanut.

  • @cyvais Hey fuck head, been there done it so kiss my fat ass. Don't go acting all hard ass on me because you think you can. You're more than welcomre to post your address and cell # for all us M&F'ers fighting for your right to have such a big ass mouth. Go for it Bitch, let all my brothers have your info. None will waist there time on more than a5 min drive but justy pray to god you are not with in 5 mins of me....

  • @seupoat ok you can go fight the war with iran than you fucking coward

  • Wow, smart and hot.

  • I wish i can find a girl like you in Washington state ......

  • Smokin' and advocates Ron Paul; awesome!

  • I went to the University at Buffalo, and every year tuition was increased more and more. Now I have over 50 thousand in student loans, and I work part time. I am 24 and have four roommates and share a bedroom so my rent is affordable. I eat lots of Ramen. I will be voting for Ron Paul. Student loans were so easy to get, but not so easy to pay off. I think anyone who has them would agree.

  • @ForSuperSerialFilms

Living with mom so I can avoid that roommate situation. Roommates suck ass sometimes :(

But yes, I know exactly what you mean. No one wants to hire full-time, because that means benefits, oh no!

  • Hey kathryn, I know this is irrelevant to the video. But im just wondering what is your opinion on a college education? Do you think it is necessary to have one?

  • @stephenshuman1 No, I don't. Watch my video: "An Open Message to My Generation"

  • @stephenshuman1 I really think it depends on the field you are going into. If you want to be an aerospace engineer or doctor, then I think college is necessary. But like kathryn is saying, many of the degrees people are getting are worthless!

  • if we all Ron Paul supporters will get together as a rally in Iowa or new Hampshire the media will be forced to recognize us because by now we are probably i the Millions! I say let's set a date and rally and get Ron Pauls campaign to bring the doctor to have a speech. One day it's all it takes I will give a one day of my life for the cause of freedom in this country!

  • cute and smart nice!!

  • Yea!!!

  • Ron Paul all day!!!! This generation is the generation of enlightenment!!! This young american proves this!!! great job ms and yes you are not only smart but also easy on the.... damn you're bad. It's obvious that the media doesn't support Ron Paul so we need to continue to spread the message and most importantly is to actually VOTE!!!!

  • We should all vote for Ron Paul because without a doubt he has the hottest followers.

  • Well said young lady.

  • I hope they will listen if YOU will tell it... or will they?

  • AMEN sister! You absolutely crushed it! Great job i hope people are listening. I got suckered into going into an online college which landed me an associates degree which i'm not using, and 20k in debt. I believe i was fraudulently solicited by the school, telling me my payments would be $50 a month. 7 years later, i'm still paying $260 a month and all my degree got me was 2 points on my promotional exam. Highschool students beware!!!! Ron Paul 2012!

  • It's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES 12 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED REPUBLICAN YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN PRIMARY, NO GENERAL ELECTION ! REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN. FIND OUT WHEN YOUR STATE HAS PRIMARIES. FIND OUT WHERE AND VOTE VOTE VOTE ! PLEASE !

WE NEED EVERY LAST VOTE ! Copy and paste this everywhere, and vote up

  • You are smart and pretty too! GO RON PAUL 2012!

  • You are so right. Thanks for the video.

    RONPAUL2012!

  • Marriage material.

  • god you are cute

    <3 asians

  • You are exactly right. Remove government intrusion into education and all universities would be forced to set competitive price levels based on what else, MARKET influences. Throw the government in anything and it raises costs exponentially over time.

  • RON FACKING PAUL!!!!!!!

    stop being dumb.

that should be his campaign slogan

  • Holy shit you are hot!

  • hahahahaha...yes, a college degree in gender studies and 200,000$ in debt is insanity!

  • Ahmen sister. I tip my hat to you

  • College used to be affordable for everybody until the government got involved. Nowadays, blue collar workers make far more than college grads make.

  • Next video, 1000 reasons for Ron Paul.

  • paul is anti american anarchist and nneeed to be executed for treason im a huge fan of usa founding father especially alex hamilton paul want to destroy wat hamilton had built that is wrong

  • @samantha34ize Your brain cells have apparently been executed

  • Yeah, the government loaning people money that they can never discharge in bankruptcy or ever fail to repay is exactly the same as the government "paying for" their education. You must have learned that in college.

  • Nice video… you're a smart lady...

  • ron plau is anti everthing he doesn give a damn about ur grnnie he is anti ssc medicare and everything he is ian ranz that y the moderate rep lke me cant stand him and the rep extremeist hate him too cuz he is anti war dem crat cant stand him cuz he is anti social program he is an islant no 1 care about

  • @samantha34ize Ron Paul will help people like you to go to school like they should.

    Ron Paul 2012-2020

  • @samantha34ize " What you just said is one of the most insanely, idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point, in your rambling, incoherent response, were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul" -From Billy Madison

  • Wisdom speaks every now and then, thank you for that. Private lenders will continue to offer loans.. After all we have a law system do we not? They can focus on something that actually matters and make sure private lenders get their money. Now lets vote this guy in for President.. There is no greater man for this job. Ron Paul 2012!!

  • Good lord, I love women. I mean Ron Paul....

  • Who thinks government should pay for school again??

  • You people REALLY need to go watch that video. Seriously. It's an hour and a half long and covers a great deal of topics that fall under the Student loan crap. More to it than you think.

  • Go watch "College Conspiracy" here on YouTube. Very informitive.

  • @turbodeluxx I seen that, it was a real eye opener.

  • Smart AND beautiful..... :D

  • GOD BLESS U AND ALL RON PAUL SUPPORTERS

  • Please show evidence tuition has risen b/c of gov't student loans; evidence that invalidates issues such as decreased gov't college subsidization as a need to raise tuition. Ron Paul can't seem to find it. Further, do you really think banks will provide loans to every risky student in a world where the loans are privatized? Are you a computer science or history major? how about a teacher? Get ready for discrimination.

  • @natronzer0 It's not rocket science figuring out that whenever the government subsidizes something, prices go up! Just ask how much it costs them to repair a military owned Humvee compared to what it would cost to do the same repairs at the GM dealer. At least if RP cuts superfluous agencies, and puts that money back in the hands of everyday people, they will again be able to AFFORD college!

  • This girl is right on

  • All government programs that put money into some segment of the economy will cause inflation in that segment. It happened in housing, and college tuition.

As to college -- Bill gates was a dropout, so was Steve Jobs. College isn't a requirement for success, and you're right -- the college experience needs to teach students something that is in demand by employers, and a major in some arcane field of study is unlikely to result in a job offer.

  • "...degrees in gender studies and 200k in student loans..."

    ikr?

  • Asians in the library....

  • RON PAUL! 2012!

  • Competitive prices? I doubt the market can drive down the tuition cost of top universities since prestige became their own brand, they are not considered "same goods" and hence competition will not emerge in a grandiose scale as many libertarians claim between some universities and given the demand for higher education at this time, it looks less appealing even though it's not going to suck as much as the status quo.

  • @MartyrofCake Even Harvard raises its tuition costs if there is more money in the system, from whatever source, Less government money in the ed business will lower the prices -- more money is inflationary, it's basic econ 101.

  • @jeffiphone9 I've never argued otherwise.

  • @MartyrofCake who the heck ask you to go to a "Prestige" university if you don't have the grades to get scholarship nor the money... you are an idiot, sir.

  • Nice video. Colleges are making so much money it makes me sick. Oregon State's tuition increased by 8.1% this year, while enrollment increased by nearly 10%. That is a whole lot more money for a university that is constantly scratching classes. People need to wake up and realize the government is making things much worse, not better.

  • Yesssssss! Sing it girl! Yeah Ron Paul!

  • The first few things you said is actually very smart. Colleges don't really have to compete and keep tuition low because they know tax payers will pay them whatever they want. Eliminate that and banks will step in more but they won't loan a 18yr old $100k, so colleges will have to cut tuition.

  • @lizardgizard2002 <<<<<<dumb teabagger wannabee.

  • College was far less expensive before government got involved. Everybody could afford to go in the 70's without getting loans. Now, American colleges are full of low quality left-wing professors who turn out low-quality left wing students who become low-quality employee who drag down the corporations they are hired into. Take news corporations for example- there are no longer quality news reporters. There is only junk coming from dimwits at CNN, ABC, MSN, etc.

  • GROW UP AMERICA! SHOW SOME COURAGE AND VOTE FOR A TRUE AMERICAN THIS TIME AROUND ..

SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS COUNTRY, WHO WILL ACTUALLY UPHOLD HIS OATH OF OFFICE AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION!

    RONPAUL2012 . COM

  • Tuition doesn't have to be expensive, in holland you normally pay like 1.700eu per year (2.386$) and in some countries school is even free :D

  • ;)

  • No school will lower their tuition cost. Ever. This video is stupid.

  • @scarykidbryan1 If you get rid of FAFSA tomorrow, most schools lower their tuition, or they will lose their students. FAFSA money is what allows the colleges to charge such stupid prices. If you stop the free money, you force the schools to figure out how to compete for the students. I worked in the for-profit education sector for years, and students only went to school as long as financial aid covered the costs. End financial aid, and those over priced schools lose all their students.

  • @pthompson2010 With all of these budget cuts schools can't afford to lower tuition without having the schools close down completely. Students don't think "The only reason I'm going to college is because I get financial aid, not because I want to pursue my dreams and career goals." Students will have to borrow money from a 3rd party to pay. There are very capable students from the middle class who can't afford college and Ron Paul wants these future doctors to not go to college.

  • Kathryn is my hero:)

  • Ron Paul 2012 - Defender of the Constitution!

  • This hot girl really understands the philosophical argument with student loans. i have 50K in student loans and understand the basics of free markets. if there wasnt any federal student loans I would still have the same quaility of education while probably at half the cost. Damn shes hot and gets hotter as she speaks politcally... gigitty gigitty

  • omg you're so hot

  • @plangetee Thank You, LOL.

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • Yes. Yes. Yes!

  • so, if the market was free I still couldn't see the college prices go down with competition, hell they might raise costs.

  • @kmelfina Not if no one was going. I would imagine less people would feel the need to go.

  • You know what you're talking about. I enjoyed this video.

  • Hot and smart....I'm i love

  • The first video I've watch of you, and I like it ..keep up the good work

  • That sounds so good coming out of the mouths of babes, "We need to elect Ron Paul 2012".

  • The welfare advocates that you refer to depend on private wealth to pay for entitlements such as education, thus presenting a real quandary for the leftist anti-capitalist.

Ideally, they'd have us living in a worker owned means of production utopia where money falls from the sky and innovation emanates out of the proletariat desire to help his fellow man.

  • Thank you for being Asian, but thank you most of all for being a Ron Paul fan.

  • @DramaBlock

    Strange comment.

  • @Samsgarden

Not as strange as Herman Cain's new Ad. LOL

  • @DramaBlock 999 apples an ORANGES

  • As we know from history when the government gets involved in anything the prices of what they get involved in skyrockets. Remember the $50 toilet seats years ago at a time when a toilet seat only cost $10 max?

  • Great job as always Kathryn.
