Too bad she's fat if she accidentally killed her baby while drunk. Doesn't help that she threw the baby in the Creek. Mom's big problem is she's fat & doesn't have a hotter body like Casey Anthony.Jury's nowadays are dumbed down by Reality Shows/CSI shows.They like crying Moms but not if they're Fat.Mom needs to start working out before the trial.They'll probably let her off but it'll be easier if she's not Fat. Nancy Grace will show a nipple.Dad even tho not involved will get death penalty

Putting a baby to bed at 6:30 pm, having those trash bags (choking hazard, much?) taped to her window, to prevent her from waking up with the sun; sounds like Mom wanted to get in lots of wine-drinking time. No baby is going to sleep for 12 hours straight (without their own bottle of wine). Dad said Mom sleeps with the fan on "high". With a baby in another room with the door shut? The school-aged boys are up late watching videos on a school night with while mom gets drunk. Nice parenting.

The mother just said she hasn't talked to the boys about what they heard that night? There are ways to talk to the boys that wouldn't traumatize them. If there were a possibility that they might have a clue that would bring her back, why not? Something is off here.

In the GMA interview, dad says he noticed the window and the lights on, on his way in, and talked to mom about whatever/chit-chat for a few minutes, and THEN he asked her what's going on? This sounds odd. And why did she say, "WE got up" in an interview the other day, before correcting herself.

I still feel like the parents are innocent in this. If I end up being wrong then they did a good job in fooling me but my gut just says they had no part in it whatsoever. She admits that she usually suspects the parents first in cases like this so she was probably scared she would be judged even harsher if she admitted drinking that night. I don't think it means anything and doesn't change my opinion.

Oh boy, JVM and Nancy are going to flip out when they report on this one.

It will be interesting to hear what words Debra chooses in giving this information.

If she says straight out "I was drunk" I think it means "and anything that happened after that I'm not responsible for. Like Ronald Cummings said over and over "I was at work."

If she said, "I had a few drinks, so when I fell asleep I didn't hear anything?" That's different. That's what I would expect an innocent mother to say.
