You can get tabacco free shisha, shisha's mostly just smoked for it's flavor anyways not for the tabacco in it. Originally it's used as a spiritual act not simply to smoke some tabacco.

On a side note it may be unhealthy but a ton of things people do nowadays are deemed unhealthy, even what others do lowers your health. There's really no point in trying to live a completely healthy life till death, just do what you love to do even if it shortens your life.

Cigarette are not pure tobacco they are cut and include chemicals (tar, nicotine) pure tobacco contains none of those chemicals. It is pure (not mixed with any other chemical/ingredients) Also it is a social situation not cigarette after cigarette, smoking up to twenty a day.

@thelovelywar1 well you dont have to smoke tobacco. There are many things without nicotine that can be put in a hookah. The bad part is the little particles that burn off and get into your lungs and stick there, making your lungs dark like a smoker. So people just have to be careful and make sure they get a filter so that doesnt happen.
