I don't normally do this, but MISSYSTU... Get a god-given life... You have to respect all types of music. I am one of those fast shredders that sit in my basement and sweep pick and tap all the time... One of my musical loves is classical, as well as jazz, blues, etc... I also play bluegrass with my grandfather... DO NOT DISCRIMINATE FOR IT WILL ONLY BRING YOU IGNORANCE, AND IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS. Amen to ricaard
Thanks for the positive comments :) The guitar is a custom Tom Anderson Hollow Drop Top. Specs are slightly oversized (from standard) Indian Rosewood neck and fretboard. Mohagany back and Quilted Maple top. Reverse headstock and jumbo stainless steel frets. H1+ neck, SA2 middle, & HN3+ bridge. No effects. Tone was direct out of my Mesa Subway Rocket 1X10 combo. HIGHLY recommend that amp!

As you age, and gain WISDOM, you'll UNDERSTAND that speed does NOT make a great guitarist. Shitty guitar players can play fast - big deal! Show me a Warren Hains, a John Fogleberg, a Wes Montgomery ANY DAY!! Millions of shredders sit alone in their bedrooms & basements and that's where they will stay.....FAST and lonesome,musicly.
Actually at my age, I've been comfortable playing at any and all speeds, with no prejudice against slow players or fast players, AND I let everyone do WHATEVER they happen to be doing, without telling them what they should or shouldn't be doing. My wisdom springs from understanding and appreciating all styles that I come into contact with. Even when I listen to my friends that play SLOW and lonesome, musically... By the by, I love Hanyes and Montgomery---always have.
