Not really, it is as hard as driving a car. In France you can fly one after about 15 or 20 hours of flying lessons with instructor and a theorical exam.
i live in southern california, and would relly love to fly one of these, i think they are amazing, and i really want to buy one.. but i dont know where

NICE but there's a slight snag... i don't live anywhere near france or europe i live in the southern hemisphere, in australia
