We had this kind of storm on our holiday in France one year ago. One lightning strike has struck our neighbours house on our left.

It looks like the hail cores missed you. this looks like 2 or 3 supercells. With lightning that frequent there was probably baseball sized hail in the strongest cores. Now if it fell in an area where no one reported it tdhen it would not be documented.

Oklahoma commonly gets storms with this much lightning and even more frequent lightning then what you are seeing here clear through the spring thunderstorm season. I have chased tornadoes after dark that were in plain view because the lightning was literally non stop. I was actually standing outside watching a late night storm roll in one time and started hearing loud thuds and seeing huge splashes in the puddles. It ended up being softball sized hail and it destroyed everything.

Last year we had 3 supercells in one night and they where connected to each other, the light was just like this...i just watched it al night because I had never seen that before in my life. Here in Belgium Thunderstorms like these come only in ten years or so...

@JDT401 Anytime we get a rain storm it usually has lightning in it in Arizona. So we see lightning about every night in the summer but more heavy rainy weeks in winter

that just happened here... well, still happening. for 30-40 minutes or more, several strikes per second, just like your vid with no break AT ALL. it really messes with your brain and your eyes... mesmerizing... Great vid. I tried, but my cams couldn't capture it... strikes too fast.

We had a thunderstorm last year where I live and it caused 2-4 lightning strikes per second according to our NWS Office!!
