@RioTFF dude I just played beta test last weekend no origin needed plus they have stated it several times before. you can buy it thru origin but you don't need to download anything from origin other than the client for swtor to play it
There won't be cross-realm pve/pvp but thats ok because a full group in Swtor is 4 people not 5 and besides, you can use your companion as a group member if you lack one.
now with the world pvp system, yes, there should be world PvP, as a person who LOVES pvp i would LOVE world PvP, but i understand where people are coming from where if they're just in it for PvE they dont feel like dealing with us PvPers, so i hope that they do make PvP and PvE servers, because people like us who love PvP will play on those servers, and i agree that u shouldnt be able to kill people lower level unless its only by like 2 or 3 levels in which it doesnt make a huge difference

Zybak is wrong with the dualspecs. There will be no dualspec when the game comes out. They may add the feature later on but it will only allow different specs inside the advanced class. example: sith warrior becomes either sith juggernaut or sith marauder and IF dualspec will come later on, you can dual spec inside those classes.
You can never Respec your advanced class. it is your final class. each class has 3 trees and each class has a DD tree.
Zybak I have a question. Will there be different races aswell? Or do we all have to play "Human"? Because if you're sith it would be cool to have a race like the "Darth Maul" guy in starwars.

@Schlumanga No, they plan on adding dualspec after launch. At around 10, once you leave origin world, you pick your AC during a quest. However, you can respec your AC and the trees in each one.
@Schlumanga Might want to check out the SWTOR forums for the info. But no, if you roll a sith warrior, at level 10 , you choose between Marauder and Juggernaut. Once you pick juggernaut, you can re skill between the three skill trees. If you choose marauder, you can re skill between the three marauder trees.
@Schlumanga i have the same question, that will, imo, solve the debate between letting people be able to respec and change their advanced classes, personally, i think that you should be able to pick the other advanced class if you choose for your advanced class and simply not allow you to change your advanced class, therefore you have both advanced classes and only have to respec within each tree set to be able to experience all of the combat mechanics of your original class

I have faith that ArenaNet will achieve perfect balance in Guild Wars 2 PvP. In Guild Wars 1 they successfully balanced 1319 skills around each and seem to be the only MMO to achieve a balanced eSports scene. In Guild Wars 2 there are a lot less skills to balance so like I stated, I believe they can balanced them perfectly!

I find it hard to say since a lot of dara i consider great players but here it is. Fuck you Dara - i'm going to be a smuggler, ill be shooting you in the ass all day long.
Zybak when you talk about duel specs, Sorcerer + Assassin arnt specs, there advanced classes, you cannot duel spec them, there are 2 specs per Advanced class and 1 spec shared between the two, you can however duel spec these
SWTOR does NOT require origin. You only need it for downloading the game, once you have the SWTOR launcher in your computer you don't need to use origin.
Better hope there is some type of open world pvp, with actual objectives.. because after hearing there isnt any cross server queues for scenarios.. Sitting in queue on a server with low population, or a dieing server isnt fun. also, a stacked server will ultimately fuck a server.
ALL of this can be seen through the three years that WAR has been out. And the same company running the pvp in TOR is the same company that drove WAR into the ground. This isnt Blizzard guys, youve been warned.
i have no idea at this point whether i want to be a bounty or sith warrior. At first i was like "OMG I GOTTA BE A SITH WARRIOR LIKE SWIFTY!!!1" and then i saw the Bounty Hunter Trailer. My main concern with being a sith warrior is that theres gonna be SOO much competition, and i have bad enough luck with loot as it is >_>. argh i hate contemplation >_<

Zybak when you talk about duel specs, Sorcerer + Assassin arnt specs, there advanced classes, you cannot duel spec them, there are 2 specs per Advanced class and 1 spec shared between the two, you can however duel spec these

SWTOR does NOT require origin. You only need it for downloading the game, once you have the SWTOR launcher in your computer you don't need to use origin.

Better hope there is some type of open world pvp, with actual objectives.. because after hearing there isnt any cross server queues for scenarios.. Sitting in queue on a server with low population, or a dieing server isnt fun. also, a stacked server will ultimately fuck a server.
ALL of this can be seen through the three years that WAR has been out. And the same company running the pvp in TOR is the same company that drove WAR into the ground. This isnt Blizzard guys, youve been warned.

@galuxhax They have said that you will be able to play on any server you want. So EU players can play on US servers and vice versa.

i have no idea at this point whether i want to be a bounty or sith warrior. At first i was like "OMG I GOTTA BE A SITH WARRIOR LIKE SWIFTY!!!1" and then i saw the Bounty Hunter Trailer. My main concern with being a sith warrior is that theres gonna be SOO much competition, and i have bad enough luck with loot as it is >_>. argh i hate contemplation >_<
