  • 2:44 Dale is super cool

  • Seethers Just FIne Now As They Were Then.!

  • Sieht ja schon gut zugesoffen aus in dem Video, der Sänger ^^

  • y is the drummer wearing a dare shirt

  • anyone know where i can download this

  • 1:52-1:55

  • Shaun's funny as hell. I'm kinda glad they've only hit mainstream rock. Crossing into mainstream pop stations that play crap like Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, and Fall Out Boy just kills rock bands.

  • lol somebody dont know seether shaun is the singer john is drums dale is bass and pat is guitar and oh yeah shaun plays guitar to he is beast

  • haha somebody dosent kno seether... pats not in the band anymore

  • One if the guitarists - I cant tell if its Pat Callahan or John Humphrey - is wearing an Evanescence wristband [2:45]

  • Comment removed

  • @Taker6115

umm john plays the drums and dale plays bass.

  • @KaToRtheband

Oh, sure sure! Im sorry - I was a bit confused because he said Pat & John. u r right, sure. John at the drums, Dale at the bass.

  • @AussieEvanescenceFan

umm if thats the wristband at 2:45 then thats dale, and hes the bassist

  • I agree BTW that Breaking Benjamin fuckin rocks! Seether is still the shit regardless as well!

  • This particular part of the conversation about Seether is a damn good one. I agree Karma and Effect was probably their most intense album to date. Finding Beauty was more an album worth of experimentation album where they got a chance to explore their musical range and diverse themselves a little bit from the harder stuff they put out due to Shaun's relationship with Amy Lee (end result: Karma & Effect & Disclaimer) The lyrics are still deep and dedicated, but the music is more diverse.

  • Seether Rocks!

  • BlackstarSirius shut the fuck up.

    1. Seether still rock

    2. So do Breaking Benjamin

end of story. deal with it.

  • Seether owns the stage!!!!

    They rock the hardest!!!!!!!

    Wish I was there.

  • You're so right.

They need to come back to their roots.

  • seether dont fuckin suck, their still kickin,so stfu!

  • Hahaha! Yeah, I'm not even going to try to talk music with a Breaking Benjamin fanboy. Nice try, though.

  • yeahhhhh,so what,i like a few of their songs, sooo, seether was on tour with b.b so stfu once again, try something else,AND,seether dont suck, they never did,i assume/hope they never will!

  • Nope. Not gonna work.

  • bye bye twat wrinkle!

  • Wtf? Seether doesn't suck! Never say that you fuckwad.

  • Help! Help! I'm being censored!

Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces has a few catchy songs but completely lacks the lyrical depth or intensity of their earlier albums. It's essentially the same bland radio hard rock that you hear everywhere else.

Their stage performance is still top-notch like always, but the song writing has really taken a blow.

  • I agree, to some extent. FBINS wasn't their best, at all. But the lyrical depth is just as good as the rest, but more varried. It's not always about a relationship gone bad like Dislaimer and Karma and Effect were, and a lot of their songs on this one weren't even hard rock, and they do stand out from the rest of radio rock.

  • I think there deffinately was more experimenting with the subject matter and the melodies, but it just doesn't seem as articulately written.

Also, I miss the "No Swearing" rule they had for Karma and Effect. It's so easy for musicians to add the word "Fucking" to a weak line in order to make it seem more intense.

  • Im a huge Seether fan. And I gotta agree with both of you. Seethers lyrics were never complex, ever. Even back with Saron Gas "Wish you were a beer, the thirst I wanna drink." But the simplicity is what makes it Seether. I just wish on FBINS Shaun didn't use effects for his voice and shit. He didn't need it. But take the pianos on WalkAwayFromTheSun, I hated that at first. It wasn't the rugged Seether i'm use to. But its that diversity that keeps them apart from being another radio band.

  • Well said, FBINIS had a few goo points, but was rather unexpected. I'm really hoping for a healthy new blend of their roots and new diversities with their rumored new album for 2009, with previously unreleased Saron Gas songs! I think someone told me Shaun wants to start a side project, a solo sorta thing where he makes 'lighter' songs, *shivers* God I hope that was wrong, it's their darkness that drew me in.

  • @Quatermain98526 FBINS was shit when you compare it to their other stuff. I was in awe when I heard something so amazing like K&E and then turned to shitty like FBINS. Everything was good when Pat was in the band. Shaun said when Pat left he could experiment more. He needs to stop experimenting and start producing the shit that got everybody to like this band. Because FBINS attracts Nickelback fans...

  • disclaimer is my favorite but the other 2 are worth buying I got all three but I think there's another one before disclaimer 2

  • The other one before Disclaimer 2 was Disclaimer

and the one before that was Fragile, Seether known at this time Saron Gas, Fragile is only available in South Africa

  • yeah I'm aware of their old name but thanks for the info that gives me more to know about them lol

  • @Quatermain98526 well I found FBINS in the alternative metal section along with their other albums, like suicide was on the softer album, but the heaviest song they have made.

  • @FamGuy1995 I found it in the pop/rock section. Seether is difficult to classify, but if you asked me i would say, alternative/post-grunge/hard/rock.

  • bullshit why do people got to pick on the rock bands like you do? They made it to the radio & the popularity so why bitch most of today's artists ain't got even a touch of talent so why pick on the good ones?

  • 3:47 - 3:50 i love the way he swings his hair around, its so kool I WANT HAIR LIKE THAT!!!

  • NO ONE rocks harder that SEETHER!!!!

  • And who said Kurt Cobain died.... :)

  • I wished I could had gone see them -.-' Damn it !

  • SEETHER fucking rock!

  • i luv from 3:00 till the end...

    Seether rulez!! ^^

  • Please everyone stop bitching and bickering about who's better.

Seether and SOAD battle is simple. Two different sounds to two great bands...that are INCOMPARABLE!

And to all the people dissing this song. Don't listen to it and waste both of our time by negatively posting. the band is 10x greater than you will ever be.

And in closing Seether is amazing live and so is system of a down. Stop dissing both the bands bc it takes guts and talents to put out music.

    PCE

  • I'm reading over this debate between who of the two bands is better, System of a Down or Seether. If you want to settle that argument it's RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE ALWAYS

  • faggot

  • Way too fast Shaun. Slow it down a bit. It's so much more kick ass nowadays.

  • It's an old version of the song. Shaun plays C5 up in the 10th fret still.

  • In reply to BUDDBRUZ's lame ass and lame comment.

  • i reckon they sound better live

  • SEETHER IS THE BEST!

And That's The One Of The Best Seether Songs!

    Point! (.)

  • thats true, but this isnt bad eather

  • No to me.

  • its okay with your own opinion, i was just voicing mine to piss off some people XD

  • Cool.

  • I thought that was an awesome performance, thats excellent singing especially for live!!! : D

  • Well I dont know about drunk, its obvious he's had a few though. Shaun is a lot better live now than back then, I think so.

  • no question about it, this current tour is the best. i went on november 13th, and they were still opening with gasoline. must be cool to hear them open w/ no jesus christ

  • I saw them in January with 3days grace and Econoline Crush, Seether played maybe 8 songs, and they opened with no jesus christ, hearing that song in an arena live was awesome.

  • oh deffinatly. theres no comparison

  • Sad part is, that wouldn't surprise me. it's obvious he's had a few, that's for sure.

  • Fail troll is fail

  • Serj sounds and looks like a fucking towel head camel jockey piece of shit. That taliban loving loser can't hold a candle to shaun's vocals.

  • And this motherfucker has absolutley no talent whatsoever...this song in particular, is horrible.Does it have any meaning?I don't think so...and that guy that sings looks like he's over-dosing too much, too often...hopefully he'll die as a garbage on a street...and I wish you the same...

    SYSTEM IS THE BEST.

  • System of a down sucks. And, yes this song does have a meaning. But I'm sure somebody like you wouldn't be able to see it.

I'd type more, but my keys on my keybaord are broken and its a pain using an on-screen keybaord.

  • shut the fuck up nobody cares

  • the point is it sucks BALLS.

so listen to a real band who has meaning besides their stupidity.

  • look at the charts and record sales, look were seethers ORIGINALS(ie rise above this and fake it just the most recent) and then look where system is

  • FisandCram - I'm not associated enough with System Of A Down to comment on them, but it's rather immature of you to come onto Seether video, call them talentless and say the song has no meaning without any research, like i said before, i don't know enough about SOAD, but i'll say they probably don't want a dumbass like you as a fan of them.

  • just watch the video stop hating on seether, if you dont like this version then dont watch it

  • hey people srr, system of a down is a great band, i'm sure, just in my opinion seether's needles is better in my opinion and probably in the eyes of all seether fans, but two completely different songs

  • Seether played at Kirstenbosch gardens on the 6th and fuck it was insane

  • bahh... if they ever came to northwest england id be front row man!!

  • G O I N G T O S E E T H E M O N J A N U A R Y 24TH 2 0 0 8, CANT FUCKING WAIT, I love seether, they will be playing with 3DG and Econline Crush

  • dude, i'm just saying, it's just a matter of opinion, but if you think something else is better, go post it there, or else you're always going to be judged for the worse

  • system of a down's version is mindless hardcore if you ask me, seether's needles is much better, in every way, shaun morgan is a better leadsinger anyways

  • Yeah...Two different songs.

  • seether kicks ass live my favorite band ever!!!!!

  • I love Seether ^_^ they was so awesome when they were here in NC Charlotte!!

  • Awesome song, played it when they were in Detroit, love to hear em live

  • great freakin song

  • This is NEEDLES not THE NEEDLE AND THE DAMAGE DONE. Yeah..as if they sounded anything alike anyways.

  • I can't stop listening to this song. One of my favs. I have not seen one bad live performance from Seether. Makes me pumped up to see their upcoming concert in Oklahoma.

  • Great song!! :)

btw. Look at that dust cloud when people started jumpin :D :D

  • lol that makes me happy =]

  • this is seether's song not neil young's

  • im not talking about this song. im talking about the needle and the damage done.

  • So? Why you're talking about the needle and the damage done?

  • Oh, don't worry, I saw your comment at the end of this pg. and I understood it all.

  • o my bad

  • jo, da geb ich dir recht! sau geil, besonders die stimme von shaun! Seether roXXX!!!

  • seether is such an amazing band! die sin live so hammer des gibts net...ums ez au mal in deutsch zu sagen:D

  • ROK ON SEETHER!

  • when they sign live, it looks like in real... good group

  • i like nickelback....but seether deffinatly is better

  • The most powerful Seether song, I can't wait the new album... I think it will still be kickass and very emotional, without Callahan, there are some videos (Needle and The Damage Done...) which show it.

  • its not their song though. they covered it by neil young.

  • for sure

  • seether is DEFINETLEY better than nickelback...i think

  • aaaaah i luuuuuuuv seeether LOVE!
