Many people have to be outside a Tesco it's the supermarket with the most stores in Britain today. It's probably more likely that you'll see a celebrity in a Tesco supermarket than anywhere else, unless you frequent the bafta's or actually work in the media.
I actually don't see why seeing a person from the TV in a normal environment is even remotely funny, in fact I find it thoroughly unremarkable.
E.G I once met Andy Murray he was on an escalator in a shopping presinct ha, ha, ha!
well i DO think it's funny to see an actor out of their character context. and it's a compliment that i find him funny outside his acting role, because of the fact that his acting was so fine both in nathan barley and darkplace, that it seems weird to see him in character. i don't appreciate your sarcastic dig either, because it wasn't even funny.
