is there such a thing as a "auto populate" option in this game. when I used to play the first operation flashpoint the most tedius part was populating the towns with civilians and ones driving cars so the game didnt feel so sterile and empty when youi came to a town.

@PlaystationLOV3R the way consoles are now it wouldn't be possible unfortunately. though it might be possible on the next gen consoles that are being made now. closest your gonna get is operation flashpoint dragon rising and operation flashpoint red river, dragon rising being much more realistic than the latter

@kezzerone Hey man, just because it happens in real life doesn't make it evil to recreate it in a video game. If anything, more people should be exposed to what being in an IED looks like, rather then blindly going on about things while there are people dieing because of them. Too many people only get a clip here or there on the news about the war. I wish people really saw what it looks like, so maybe they'd be more opposed to starting new ones.

@MegaTranquilla It's the armored Humvee from the vanilla game, with the M240B on top of it. If you've played the campaign and you get to the mission where you need to evac. from FOB Manhattan, then it's the Humvee that's available.

Sigh. Find some videos of them, there's atleast one in the related videos. I think you'll find that Humvees aren't IED-proof at all.

@KooKas2oo8 All IEDs are different. An IED could be a child's firecracker, pipe bomb or 4000 pounds of fertilizer.

Most of the videos you see are ones where the IED goes off prematurely or at a remove from the vehicle, because those are the ones where the camera isn't smashed to pieces. A smallish explosion could merely scratch a humvee with a shower of shrapnel, or rip it to pieces.
