This picture is from the inside fold of their 1973 album "Three Degrees" On the outside cover they are dressed in red or yellow with a sort of turban and standing among shimmery curtains. The picture is actually full length and the bottom is also see-thru; however the sequins and beads are strategically placed.

Have to admit that the photos do appear fake Xpinger, my friend.

When you look at one the girl's bottom, she has wrinkles in her pants. This makes it appear that they were wearing a full body garment, not see through, and the photo was tampered with.
