@libertycaps666 he doesn't. He speaks with an upper class English accent. I don't know if you have ever heard of the English? let alone the Scottish or the Welsh? What everyone knows is that there is no such thing as a "British" accent. You have English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish acents... and dialects, Peter grew up in England, Leeds to be precise, so it would be natural for him to speak with an English accent, just like Gordon Ramsay speaks with an English accent, even though he is Scottish.

@europachef of course i know how many countrys are in britain and i know there is a vast amount of different accents in britain also, in england alone there is the cockney, the scouse, the geordie accent etc, but there is a popular misconception to revere to that type of accent as british if you typed in british accent into youtube im sure you'll find plenty of videos with people just attempting stereotypical english accents only so it was a simple mistake, cheers for the answer anyways though
