most disney shows that do well get the option of moving to abc to further the show. but none ever do cuz disney always has prob with their former disney kids. but i wished they would of done that for this show but only if cara would be in it which she would never do cuz she wanted to leave to do other stuff. which was a big mistake cuz she really dont act no more.
Cara Delizia is 27 years old and beautiful. This show also proved how good and actress she really is. I would love to see much more of her on the screen. She has been underutilized and unappreciated. And I was a grown man when this show was on and found it to be one of the best shows on TV. Wish it were available for purchase. I'd get seasons 1 and 2 but season 3 became fluff.

They tested if people would be okay with characters not the right age (they're in middle school -.-). Then they tested formulaic plots. Then lastly how many camera angles they could get away with. Also it is an absolute disgrace that Wizards of Waverly place has worse effects than Sabrina the Witch.
Just to be clear, you aren't REALLY comparing a well-rounded comedy like That's So Raven to the BS now, are you? Because that's just wrong and kind of screws up your entire thesis.

To answer your question, no, she didn't look like a middle school child, but back in 2001 when the show first aired, Raven Symone was 15 years old. Forgive her, if she looked a bit older. Furthermore this is done in television ALL THE TIME, including Disney channels older more well thought-out shows like Lizzie McGuire, Famous Jet Jackson and so on. Why you expected some sudden change in this faction with later shows is beyond me. It'd help if you elaborated a bit more as well.

@pvtread it symbolized molly's alcoholism and it wa a song to predict fi going to hell to save her father and the other songs would later haven been known that they predicted the future.

Yeah, I miss em too. The TV-90s actually didn't end on December 31, '99 but somewhere in 2003, when they were taking the good shows of the air to replace them by Hannah Montana and all the other crap thats on todays Disney, Nickelodeon etc
At the very least, Disney needs to have a once a month marathon of back to back episodes with all the old shows. None of this Hannah Montana crap. Although Disney will always hold a place in my heart, it's never going to be the same.

I miss this show. Disney has lost its appeal to us older generation. Hannah Jonas and other shows are are the same. They lack the WOW factor that was there before. This show rocked!

@sithpadme "Are you afraid of the dark?" was a Nickelodeon Show, that would air during Snick every saturday night. I agree previous Disney shows were better than the ones that are aired today., but the same is true of Nickelodeon shows. They were once great but not so much now.
I totally agree. My respect for the company began to dwindle after the third season of this series. Said respect was gone after the cancellation of American Dragon Jake Long. Not the most grown up thing, but I enjoyed it.

season 3 I didn't like as much once they replace Fiona it went downhill and became less dark, and more light hearted but still somewhat enjoyable .

First I haven't seen or thought of this show for 10 years...Wow!
Second....I'm a musician! and I love SciFi stuff....so for them to be playing music around the world and weird stuff happens..etc I mean we all know that world is an beautiful,weird,interesting place so for a show to capture that concept is what makes this show amazing...this show and song and its actors are extremely underrated!!!!

Yeah, I miss em too. The TV-90s actually didn't end on December 31, '99 but somewhere in 2003, when they were taking the good shows of the air to replace them by Hannah Montana and all the other crap thats on todays Disney, Nickelodeon etc

At the very least, Disney needs to have a once a month marathon of back to back episodes with all the old shows. None of this Hannah Montana crap. Although Disney will always hold a place in my heart, it's never going to be the same.

This show is like the greatest Disney show eva. For me it was this show when I was a kid and once I got older it was The X-files. growing up this was the x-files for me. Man Disney needs to come up with awesome shows like this again.

I would say turn of the century! I wish this show hadn't ended it was getting a really dark plot in the last season but NOPE! Disney shut it down and changed the plot and everything! So Lame!

You know what they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And she's been through a crapload of adversity.
But she has "sang besides on So Weird":
She toured with her Dad in a Mamas and Papas redux, and she sang "I've Got the Music In Me" on, I believe, her old show, "One Day at a Time". If memory serves, Greg Evigan guest-starred as a rock star, and Julie ended up performing with, or for, him on stage. Of course, I haven't seen that show since its original network run, so...

I miss this show. Disney has lost its appeal to us older generation. Hannah Jonas and other shows are are the same. They lack the WOW factor that was there before. This show rocked!

So Weird, Flash Foreward, Lizzie McGuire, Are you Afraid of the dark, Baby Sitters Club, The Jersey...Those were great shows and tought lessons. The stuff on TV now is just crap and its teaching kids to be winy brats and that everything should just come to them, that they should have to work for anything.

@sithpadme "Are you afraid of the dark?" was a Nickelodeon Show, that would air during Snick every saturday night. I agree previous Disney shows were better than the ones that are aired today., but the same is true of Nickelodeon shows. They were once great but not so much now.

I totally agree. My respect for the company began to dwindle after the third season of this series. Said respect was gone after the cancellation of American Dragon Jake Long. Not the most grown up thing, but I enjoyed it.
