  • this was a jzz sampler for american tv in Dec 1957--gathering all the greats for one great jam session---it was dedicated to Hot Lips Page who should've been there-but who was too ill to attend-he died hortly thereafter.

  • @theemperorsclothes I think this was a televised special on CBS(?) in 1957 called "This is Jazz". I believe there are other clips from this special posted on youtube.
