@xav24wow Haha not exactly sure what you're saying! But yes I did this video on Kinder Surprises for fun and it turns out to be the video with the most views on my channel (98k), which of course earns me money. I have a video on my iPod and it's the least viewed, Beats are overrated and overpriced products that almost every other competitor out there can make but priced 1/4 less of Beats. I know this video isn't interesting but it benefits me a lot! Haha!!
@kri11eboy Nope, never seen them sold and last I read about these that they have been banned. Maybe in certain areas you might find one or 2 store being sold but as for right now in Cali I don't see any.
@sicoy It's just the outside layer making the Egg shape that is chocolate. Inside it's hollow which contains the yellow bottle which is not edible haha! So the chocolate is actually very thin. Not really worth if you're just buying it for chocolate since it tastes a bit odd.
@35C0R1a Thanks for letting me know, yes after searching it up I know a bit more where they originated from. I guess I said Canadian things as they're available there and I got them there and not here in the U.S therefore putting it in those words, but Thanks again!!
@AnEvilPanda I got these in Canada and brought a box back to the U.S which I actually finished up eating about a week ago haha! I haven't seen these in the U.S and highly doubt anybody sells them as they're banned and honestly not that popular or rare.
@AnEvilPanda Yeah suppose so! They never said anything about it, and I only had Carry on baggage too so they must've seen it through the X-Ray. I also brought back some Tim Horton's Coffee too which the Customs guy had seen and he was like damn I wish they had it in the U.S lol!
@TypicalB18 Hm, if I ever did this I hope I would be able to bring it back. Isn't Tim Horton's here in the U.S too? I've never been to Canada before but if I do I'd want to bring back some timbits.
@AnEvilPanda Yeah I believe it should be just fine, I went though customs and several check points and not a problem at all. Yeah I heard that Tim Horton's is in some certain places in U.S possible closer to the border, but I'd love for one to be here in Cali since I like them better then most coffee shops out there. Well when you get the chance try to bring some back. Should be no problem!
@aricacat Ohh yeah I totally forgot about the Wonder Ball. I remember having something similar in the US to the Kinders but I couldn't think of it as I really wasn't much into the Candy or Chocolate world. I don't even remember the last time I had a Wonder Ball in my hand, don't really remember any toys either so idk!
@dababyl3tt3 Yes it is, but it takes responsibility for the parents that give these to their child and making sure that toys aren't swallowed, and many have failed that task. Personally I probably wouldn't ban it out of US just of the that problem but I guess they felt the need to.
@coolshosho789 Ohh that's cool then! I live in California and I've never seen these being sold or sitting on a shelf, but I haven't been on every inch of Cali so can't say much there! Pretty sure it's being sold in the U.S somewhere like where you're at, but I guess not too common in some places.
@GreenNastyRabbit Ohh haha just saw that 3/4 of my comment didn't go through, well what I replied with actually is yeah I never got to try these until this Summer (2011) so I really don't know what they were like in the 90's. I only knew what the toys were like in the 90's but not much of the taste or design.
@TypicalB18 Chocolate didn't chnage at all... the bad thing are the toys :x I swear I bought one last week and OMG I nearly started to cry lol (no stickers no nothing just a big piece of plastic in a single color) I've never seen a thing like that inside a kinder egg in my life... I swear, they are ruined, and man, for toys like that I find them expenssive :x The 90's toys were hand painted, each figure had a name. Somme toys were made of wood, or used to glow in dark and stuff like that now...
@GreenNastyRabbit Ohh yeah most of them did come as you described, one piece and cheaply made, but my cousins and I did receive some that were a bit more complicated but still obviously not like the 90's or anything made like before, but now I guess since everything has changed in the world they have decided to do it too.
@GreenNastyRabbit Yeah well maybe in time some stuff will switch back but looking at how some people are get greedy nowadays or cheaper stuffs either gonna stay the same or get worse, but yeah everything built back then was just Quality stuff.
@CrystalsAdvice11 Haha Yes I've tried Nutella but doesn't really seem to surprise me for some reason, but I guess maybe I had too small of a sample! Costco sells 2 large jars for a pretty decent price maybe I might grab some and try a load of them!
@Insulaintercalx Yeah my cousins that bought these for me they had a whole jar of toys from these Kinder Surprises that they've collected over their childhood and they looked like they did need some assembling.
LOL, i just found out they are banned in the US. Because the toys are a chocking hazard. But i come from Australia, both Australia and Canada has not banned it yet. I remember them from my childhood. They were new back then. Damn i'm old, that was a long time ago.
@Neojhun Haha yeah I was reading about it too. Maybe we weren't responsible enough to prevent the small toys from being a choking hazard therefore too many incidents maybe resulted in banishment. Haha yeah my cousins are much older then me and they had a whole canister of the toys from these Kinder Surprises. I pretty much close to ate most of them but I currently still have 2 when I made this video. Pretty much keeping them as souvenirs. Hopefully they don't go bad!!
