How to Know if you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Okay phew I thought I had carpal tunnel. Thank god I don't I'm only 14 but my hand just started to get numb like every other month and I kept loosing ability to move it sometimes. I went to the docter and he said it was because of me writing to much and typeing and texting. XD I got lucky.

my wrists seem to have a twitching problem to snapp or "cracK" everytime i do anything requiring my hands or out of random my hands just twitch so they crack, my wrists dont hurt, is this another sickness?, i usually clench my fists and move them in a circle so my wrist snapss, thats as much detailed i can be, PLEASE HELP
