I'm sorry to correct you but the notes you use in 0:49 are C, Eb, Ab in the right hand; C, Eb, F# are wrong.

In some music sheets, they have the vocals, would it be okay if one plays the vocals with the right hand and left hand for the left hand or would it just ruin the piano piece?

@WyykdAngel Good question. Method should work. But published piano solo arrangements are in most cases, "richer" (more notes) than that combo, and scored in a way that is convenient for the hands to play.

Best is to look at the sheets. Even I can't be sure this way.

@Iamthequick try to focus on my fingers, not the keys under them. if i touch my nose, you can touch yours, even without seeing either nose. same principle. read about your mirror neurons, and trust them. good luck. :)

@stephieisadiva try a different approach? focus on the fingers, and use your ears. don't try to see the keys under my fingers. that is impossible. best is to follow the sheets.
