This is just my personal observation.

1.DTS foot is similar to Aikido, PTK uses Triangular foot work.

2.PTK dont do disarm, DTS uses it alot

3.PTK uses techniques from silat, doces pares, etc. DTS don,t

4. PTK uses the balisong, DTS dont

5,PTK trace linage from Conrado Tortal, DTS from his brother, Balbino Tortal.

I do Aikido and DTS their footwork is different. In Aikido there is the hanmi and the hitoemi at its different from the footwork that we do in DTS.

Pekiti Tirsia is the FMA school of the Tortal family, but in the USA there is a branch difference between the title Pekiti (held by Leo Gaje) and Dekiti (held by his uncle, Nene Tortal).
