P.S. even though you have to fight seth at end of arcade-he is the last person you will unlock.

uhm what r u talking about? there are only 25 characters in the game.. and ultra combos are real easy. ive been playing street fighter for years now but ive always played on the easy option (if games gave u an easy option) but other than that no..i picked up the manual controls easily, theyre real easy trust me
