  • Hi Natasha,

The video was really helpful. I need a LabVIEW instrument which takes a Video Image File(BMP) as input and generates a Compact Video Signal as output and I want to use this output in Multisim as input for a Video Amplifier for simulation. One application note says that there's one instrument similar to this. But it is not there in 'lvinstruments' folder. Where can I get it. Any help?

  • I have Version 10.0.44. Labview doesn't work unless I have V 10.1.1 or higher...

  • Oh, you can also make your own LabVIEW instruments. Maybe that should be my next video :) Try searching for 'LabVIEW Multisim' in Google, and it should be the top result.

  • Hi Bill, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The NI655X generator can be downloaded at the link in the description of this video. It's a LabVIEW instrument that was built to be used in Multisim, but I don't believe it's included natively in Multisim at this point.

  • I don't have a 655x generator. I'm running version 11, how about you?

  • Nice Job
