  • I too suffer from fibromyalgia and have for so many years. Sometimes the pain is too much to bear and I can’t imagine going on another day feeling this way. But then I found a comforting scripture in the Bible. Revelation 21:4 says “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This is a promise from Jehovah God. This helps me cope day by day.

  • God knows your pain and you are His child...

  • @kkimberly2004 god knows jack fucking shit otherwise he would cure these poor fucking bastards...lol

  • Please read Dr. John Sarno's book, you will get better.

  • mahogany,I hope you feel better,I will pray for you I know the pain is unbearable.

  • When I saw your video it brought tears to my eyes because I know exactly what you are going through, I myself have been a sufferer of FM for 13 years, hang in there.

  • Molly Brown's Omega Pain Spray and Massage Balm helps when nothing else does. A lot of love and a little magic in this potion. If you hurt you should try it.

  • I'm sorry to hear that you have the same disease as I have... I'm also young, and I always thought that chronic pain is something that old people get. Try to reduce stress as much as you possibly can.

  • Hi mahoganydreamz

I feel for you, I have been suffering with fibromyalgia for many years, although it's only 1 year ago they finally diagnosed it. I understand how hard it is to get through the day, but wanted to say to you, just stay strong, I know it's hard to keep a positive mental attitude when the pain is so bad, you're not alone, I share your tears. Blessed Love

  • Greetings, At last I can relate, for so many years I have been suffering with the pain of Fibromyalgia and after being sent from hospital to GP to hospital & back to GP over & over again, finally the rheumatologist diagnosed fibromyalgia, at least now I know I am not crazy and can tell my family I am not putting it on as they seem to think. To all people suffering with this illness, my heart goes out to you, Stay strong, we are not crazy or lazy, we have a disabling disease as real as any other

  • Hello again. I also think that even there is no deffinitive cure for this, i feel better when i can share all these with people in the same situation. i a kind of relief. i am nowadays feeling so lonely. i have refused almost all invitations to go out, or to visit a friend or relative, because i keep feeling bad, in pain, sleepy, frustrated, not understanded. keep on publishing your videos, its a great help. hope you have a better day, just to compensate. kissess

  • Hello. When I watch the video I feel two different things: 1 ) i feel "happy" because i can now prove that i am not going crazy, that there´s people out there going through the same "real" illness ( i am tired of hearing my family and friend saying that i am inventing this illness or they just cant understand) and 2) i feel sorry for u and for all of us who suffer this awful nightmare. Is like theres no peace, every morning before getting out of bed i verify what is aching in my body now.

  • The book "Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain: A survival manual' is an amazing book that has been SO helpful. This video was really touching. I feel really hopeful about getting treatment for myofascial pain. My grandmother, mother, aunt and myself all suffer from this chronically. We all find the book intriguig. by the way, I find that both extreme heat and extreme cold make my pain more severe. My heart goes out to you completely. I'm so sorry you hurt. Checkyour library for the book.

  • Dear Mahogany..my heart and prayers go out to you. As I do totally understand your pain, I too am a fm, and cfs sufferer. Some days are almost unbearable. And like you said, unless you have this dreadful disease, there is no way one could even try to understand it. Be strong.Barb

  • I know your pain very well...For the past few days ive suffered ..

    please take care....

  • Take good care. (((Hug)))

I'm flairing too - my heart is with you.

  • As I sit hear with one heating pad behind my shoulders/neck and the other on my tummy (crying from hearing what you had to share), I just think to myself... it feels so good to hear others who can relate EXACTLY to what I go through. Thank you for having courage to show yourself on your bad days. Do you mind if I share your video on my webpage? I can send you the link so you can preview the site first.

  • I am glad that I could help and please do put it on website, I would love to see your site too. :-)

  • thank u for sharing your experience, it means a lot. I know how you feel, its so bloody frustrating! I know we all get sick of well wishers and advice too, but i have to share with you what has helped me a lot; 1)good pain meds., not perfect but about 10 times better, and 2, excercise. I do this program on tv called sit and be fit, and I go and walk as much as I can stand!

We need to find a reason to laugh everyday too, i always come to youtube and watch funny videos!

  • Hang in there. I'm flaring too -- every time the weather changes my body and pain goes into overdrive. Rest and heat, rest and heat.

  • I feel your pain girl, literally. I'm going through a flare up now and I'm having problems with everything else. Be encouraged and know that there are a lot of us that are in the same position and really KNOW what you're going through. I just did a video on my day, and it's so like the one describe for yourself. I don't feel so alone anymore. Thanks for sharing.

  • This made me cry, when you started to cry. I have been there, many times. :0(

I know how bad it is when i get a bad flare up. Nothing helps....well...i found the only thing that does help with the pain is sleep or resting..when its just a regular painful day.

Im sorry you had to go through this, but know your not alone.

    Hugs,

    Gretchen

  • I hated having appointments like crazy, I would fall asleep in waiting rooms constantly. Hope the next day is better for you. I am lacking in the video dept, hopefully ill get back to making more videos.

  • Sorry you're having such a bad pain day. I fully understand...today is a painful day for me too. I was recently put on Lyrica[an anti-seizure med} for pain and it's makes me so tired and slow. But I am keeping my grandbaby now so I HAVE to keep on going. Tomorrow will probably be an all day in bed day. You're in my thoughts and prayers sweetie. {{{HUGS}}}
