  • You look like your father facial wise

  • THE HITMAN HEARNS LEGEND

  • only just started to see some of Ronald's fights and unfortunately his recent loss... I hope h comes back strong and gets back up there as he seems like a really decent guy.

Well educated and humble.... good luck to you Ronald!!!

  • Whites are consistantly beating blacks in boxing now. Wtf happened to you black folk?

  • @Nopartyforme82

because black teens chose football and basketball instead of boxing. No one gives a shit on boxing anymore and thats really sad.

  • @Ahmet1445

Those are heavyweight sports. If what you say was true, it would only matter for the heavy weight division.

Middle weights are not Football and basketball players except in extreme and very rare circumstances. Also, the packers who won the super bowel has a mostly white lineup.

  • @Nopartyforme82

most of the small guys dont turn to boxing anymore , if they fail in the major sports. When i was in the USA for an excahnge-year i relized that there is no motivation for boxing anymore. No Heros like Ray Leonard and Hearns and Tyson in the 80s for example. If you look to the boxingscene today, you just see the cocky Mayweather thrwoing dollar bills around ans some asian exports like Pacquaio. There is just no motivation anymore, There are no entertainer like Tyson or Ali

  • @Ahmet1445

If you consider Tyson a "hero" I weep for your race.

But anyway, bascially what you just told me is blacks need some sort of "hero" figure or they can't survive.

I have no doubt that thats true.

  • @Nopartyforme82

There is a reason why there is in every Gym a big poster of the young Tyson. What a machine

  • I remember when we was kids growin up on the Eastside of Detroit me an ronald used to play up an down the block..when Tommy, his father would come home, he would pull up in a lambo...i would try to race him on my bike ....man.. those were the days. The best of blesses ronald you got the talent homie...Courtney Iverson

  • @ivothadon313

    that must have been amazing!!

  • He will fight Middleweight SuperChamp Felix Sturm!

  • Did Hearns really say, "Za faz uh buh nah neh fazzuh donnah fizza giva dollah nizah buzza monnah fiddah digge buddah?"

That is some profound shit, yo.

  • Tommy Hearns is my favorite fighter of all time. I like the other legends but Tommy will always be my # 1

  • how old was ron when he started boxing?

  • it is a sinus condition that he has had to deal with since the early 90's. It is not what you think.

  • due to his boxing

  • Yeah it looks like his noes needs to point out, its so flat

But he always had the sinus but the little bit of brain damage dont help

  • sorry in his nose

  • i wish you the best in your career. your off to a good start on becoming a hearns legend. i met you when you fought at the verizon center in manchester, nh. thanks to you and your dad for the autographs and the camera shots.

  • @dmiltz haha for real? im from concord NH

  • I'd like to see Ronald in a major and well-publicized fight -- this year, if possible. It'd be so cool to see Tommy in his corner pulling for him.

  • he lost yesterday...you were right

  • Yea man u got that rigth props 2 you!

  • the thing i love about tommy is even if he would lose he still inflicted lasting damage.

Sugar Ray Leonard - Had to retire for 5 years after the fight.

Marvin Hagler - Looked as though he'd gone 20+ rounds, only fought twice more and was never the same.

Iran Barkley - needed facial surgery after their 1st fight.

  • Tommy is a true leyend !!! I 'm mexican and I admire this man ....A true warrior ! win or loose he would guarantee an exciting fight . Other greats of his era would box but, this man would come to fight until ko someone or get ko himself...I hope his kid does good...

  • i actually train at motown...and i can tell u hes real true to himself, trains like a real champion--hes the real deal..

  • Tommy is punch drunk but he wouldn't have it any other way. He could have retired with The Haglers and Leonards but the warrior in him let him forge on. Plus he made millions more getting in the ring than he would have by not boxing.

  • hitman jr

  • this should be a tv series. i would watch it

  • Good to see that he has an education; it's never a bad idea to cover every possibility. Good luck Ronald!

  • Greta guy i hope he does really well.

  • This is great, I like watching these Ring Life Episodes.

  • Tommy would still whup your ass.

  • If you heard Tommy Speak 20 years ago it would sound virtually the same. He has Bad breathing i think he has something wrong with his nose and therefore makes him sound "punch drunk"

  • exactly that and he has a little deeper of a voice now

  • excellent

  • Ronald has big boots to step into..

  • Good luck to him! Keep boxing

  • HBO is doing a great job allowing individuals to take a look at the daily life of a fighter

  • Tommy Hearn is so awesome,

  • julio cesar chavez jr. versus ronald hearns

that fight would bring boxing back to life!

  • im sure he can

but he aint going be as great as his dad

  • this is great... thank you fella... that kid ronald hearns... just look like his dad-... and if he fights like his dad, he be one of the greats

  • Boxing is dead? Thats news to me.

    You're an idiot.

  • Although MMA is popular, boxing is not dead. Boxing is still where most of the fans and money is at, not to mention the sport is still going strong.

  • i love boxing too but you have to call it like it is. boxing is dead to the general public. Pac-Man and company have to bring it back.

  • when flash beats talent then that means that boxing changed and some percieve it as dead,

just look at mayeather, supposedly the best pound for pound but dodged both cotto and margarito and other fights before retiring

and when he did fight, everybody felt ripped off

  • Boxing is dead? You mean like the MMA who has a WWE/college wrestler who wins a heavyweight title in the Ufc, with only 3 fights b4 his big shot? Boxing is huge & had a rich history Mma Fanboy!

  • MMA is not MMA if not for BOXING... w/c made MMA...
