I don't ship Molly/Sherlock. Because Molly DEFINITELY deserves better than a boyfriend that will always insult her intelligence, ignore her whenever he sees fit, only is nice to her when he needs something, leaves human body parts in the fridge, and gets into dangerous situations at least twice a week. I love Sherlock to pieces, but he's kind of a shitty boyfriend XD She needs some peace of mind once in a while. Because she really is amazing.
pleeeeeze get together, Molly and Sherlock! She totally understands his sadness, and he actually has human feelings towards her...could it be "caring"? *gasp* heaven forbid!!
I love the moment of realization when Molly says she doesn't count. Sherlock actually looks sad, like ''how can you say that?'' another thought, later when he and Moriarty are talking, he lists Mrs. Hudson, lestrade, and john...but not Molly. so does he think of her as more of a trusted companion or something more than that? I don't think I see them together romantically, but I like it when he's nice to her.
@offmyrockervideos I'd say this scene was definitely a turning point in their relationship. I don't see it going anywhere romantically (cause it's Sherlock!) but he definitely comes to realise that she isn't as ignorant and meek as he thought previously. He didn't mention her on the roof, I think, not because he didn't consider her a friend, but because he didn't want to draw Moriarty's attention to her (since he had asked her to help in his 'death')
I don't like them together, but I love them as friends- Molly deserves to be happy, but I can't see Sherlock ever loveing her in that way. Just good friends.
When she says she doesn't count, does Sherlock feel bad OR does he realize that she could be the one person to help him since Moriarty wouldn't target her because she's not as close to him? LOL :P Just playing devil's advocate ;)
That's the second time Sherlock has used that line. The "why would I need anything' line. He used it on Watson in the first episode of the season, and now on Molly. Funny how much relies on the two of them in the end.
Awww, Sherlock's face when Molly said "I don't count." He's not really trying to hurt her or make her feel unnecessary. Like, when he told her that "Jim" was "gay", and when she ran away crying and he had a surprised look on his face. He definitely counts her as on of his few friends.
Oh, when Molly said she didn't count, and Sherlock's expression... I honestly believe he really does care about her, he just doesn't know how to handle that feeling internally. Poor Molly, she really does love him, doesn't she? :)
At that moment when Molly says 'I don't count' he looks so concerned and sad almost, I think that troughout the series he had never intended to make her feel like that. This whole scene breaks my heart.
@Charlieparliee ya he's always passed off the rather cruel comments he makes towards her as just being blunt and the truth being for her own good, but I think it's just at this point that the penny drops with Sherlock that Molly thinks he has absolutely no regard for her, and he just realises how he's made Molly feel, a bit like when he told John he had no friends in Baskerville.
There's just something about this scene that gets me. It's the first time anyone's really stumped Sherlock by noticing something deep about himself. It's like Mollys trying to tell him something, like she knows Sherlock might need her help. Just the way he says "but what could I need from you" and how she says "you could probably say thank you actually" and he hesitantly says "thank you" like he doesn't understand her angle. Molly stands up to sherlock for the first time and is rewarded :-)
@teddyeatsyourface I think he is truely puzzled at that moment. He's not the best at understanding emotions so I don't think he understand what she honestly means when she says "if you need me" in that context. In fact right afterwards she selflessly tries to ask if she could get him anything.. needed her, then realized he wouldn't. I think he got in that moment he should show she could do something for him.. but she cut him of, assuming he wouldn't.
It is really sad that Sherlock had to "die" and leave all these people behind just when he realised that he did care for them and, yes,he had after all this chemical defect:sentiment.
This is one of my favourite moments from the show. Sherlock's face when Molly says "I don't count", like he's seeing her for the first time, just realizing now how he's treated her and what it means that she still cares enough to help him in spite of everything. By the end of this episode, Sherlock finds for the first time that he really understands selfless love, which is what makes it so heartwrenchingly beautiful.
Love the look that sherlock gives molly when she says that she doesnt count, he definetly feels something for her even if its just a good friend feeling :)
Can you PLEASE upload the beginning scene of Scandel in Belgravia with the build up to Sherlock shooting the bomb and Moriarty's phone going off? It's such a good moment and everyone else on YouTube thinks it's hilarious to name their videos that scene but dub out the music and make it another song. PLEASE can I see the original clip?
Molly is so sweet despite everything Sherlock has said (I don't think he tries to be mean on purpose, it's just he doesn't think how his words will impact people), but she is an awesome person, and Sherlock is very lucky to have the friends that he has!
@Ayalana23: I feel you. If only the heart can be taught who to love...

I'm trying to figure out his facial expression when he says "W-what could I need from you?" It's odd, I'm not quite sure what it means.

When you get the chance, you should post the video where Sherlock ridicules Molly at the Christmas party then apologizes.
