@Sloppy998 Hi, sorry to hear you've been having trouble with the Easy Cut, did you use the battery trimmer with comb guide for finishing off in the neck and around the ears?
It doesnt look very strong like they have at the barbers, so it seems like you have to go over it for quite a while, well....mine is charging so wish me luck ... good thing I gt 30 day money back garuanteed incase its a flop
@farscapes Thank you for your response and were glad to hear that your friend is enjoying the clipper. We always appreciate any feedback that were given and are always striving to improve our customer service experience, so thanks and we won’t delete comments that are made unless abusive. Could you tell us when and who you sent the email to as we’d like to follow this up with our Customer Services Department?
@farscapes Apologies for your bad experience with our customer services and sorry you didn’t get on with the product. It’s important to charge it for 16 hours prior to first use for optimum performance and to go over the head a few times for an even cut. I would also like to confirm that the guy on the video did use the product on his hair by himself. If you’d like to return it please contact our Customer Service on 08705133191 or at ukinfo@conair.com let us know if you do and we’ll follow it up
Longest setting is a grade 6 (it can cut lengths from grade 1 to 6). For best performance the product is designed to maintain a short haircut (grade 4 for example). It’s not suited for cutting long hair very short. It is not ideal to cut from a grade 6 to a grade 2.
This wont cut the hair around the neck after an hour of trying.. gonna have to use other clippers to finish the job. Think I'll return this....

"Easy Cut". Shouldn't it take 3-5 minutes rather than 15-20?
