But Tex Watson lives...he was allowed to marry and to father children while in prison. That is obscene. The Manson murderers should never walk free again. Sharon's mother Doris became a powerful advocate for victims, and she never missed a parole hearing. Back to Sharon: I like these tribute sites because they honor her life, not her tragic death.

On that 8/9/69 my friend and I went to Yankee Stadium in New York to the Old Timers Day. We didnt hear any news but I bought a Daily News before going on the bus and thats when I saw the news about Sharon and was really upset. I really liked her and for some reason was thinking about her the day before and Ive always wondered if I had some sort of ESP. I still have that paper and always around this time of year I think of her a lot. Especially this year.
