She is not deaf. She has a disease which she and her sister share that cause to hear most of the time then nothing at all. She was diagnosed with this at 20 and that's why she can speak so well. She learned ASL at 17. Hope this clears some stuff up):

I thought she was, and she isn't, hence the disappointment. I never said she wasn't talented. I tell you that this has nothing to do with pity, or wanting to pity anyone, but about admiring.
