  • I'm not a gymnast but how did you think gymnasts and dancers would get their hyperflexibility? Wishful thinking??!!

  • OMIGOD that looks like it hurt A LOT (cant find the right words)

  • wait.... SOME flexibility???

  • It made my eyes water watching this. Stretching a kids arms and legs like that has to be painful. Will his bones still be partially soft?

  • Yes gymnastics may hurt and its sopposed to a little but not to make children want to rip off ur head bodys have their limits.dont exceed them.

  • Wow, you are very flexible! Great job, Vadim, you are very good!

  • Man people do some crazy stuff for sports

  • he has a boner

  • EL PADRE ESTA LOCO

  • It's actually really relaxing, my technique: breathe slowly in and out as the muscles contract.

  • dat shit cray!!!!!! amazing!

  • its a great video and not sexual so why bother with all the dumb comments about it, i think its great and only wish i could do it, he is awesome =] great talent to be able to do that - jeram d//_^]b

  • This is not good for the hips. They are not normally designed to go such a way

  • I feel like its hurting me

  • if i were that kid id whant to kill me i bet he hast to do that

  • I know that kind of pain that Vadim goes through. I have been there. It's not pleasant at all, but it definitely is worth it later on. flexibility is one of gymnast's best friends.

  • It's really uncomfortable, that's why he pulls the face. If it was unbearable for him he'd scream or let his teacher know.

He probably wants gymnastics to be his career, which is why he's stretching to this level.

  • He has a boner BWAHAHAHAA !!!!

  • ouch

  • Poor kid...

  • are those pics at woga plano?

  • ok I had to streach when I was a kid for gymnastics also worked for me that I was born doubble jointed but the face this little boy puts looks like he's in pain.

  • @wierdocat...ouch !it hurts when i bounce where it hurts

  • @ wierdOcat. i am a guy and am constantly stretched like this .(see me "splits challange with balloons")and as for bouncing....OUCH!!!!! yes that does hurt.i*m flat in the splits.

  • hi goodnight people can anyone tell me how to stretch like this boy he is really amazing i can do only a split.if you guys can tell me which step's i need to make for this stretch amazing split.keep going little boy you are really good keep training to become a good gymnastics

  • @eshro Just a butterfly with a stright back. And in second pasishon and going forward. and bounce where it hurts when you go down in it. no biggie

  • i do stretches like this in cheer all the time in groups to each other and we're not really very experienced, but our coach makes sure we're stretching other people the right way and we make sure the person feels comfortable and that they feel the stretch but they aren't in pain, we just make sure we keep communicating. stretching like this is fine as long as you aren't pushing the person too far. :)

  • i use to hate this stretch when i was a kid. but when i started cheering man did it help with my jumps.

  • ahh shit i used to qo to school wid him..

  • 1:44 - OMD.....

  • 0:52 - HE IS ALMOST CRYING!!!!! thats why i prefer develop myself alone.....it can be slower....but i control my own pain.....!!!! =D

  • Lexlex9440 I know right!!!

  • My coach does something similar to this and it doesnt hurt as much as it use to. The more you do it, the less it will hurt

  • OMG i cant even do that !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • its ironic how the guy in the background is complaining about how his arm hurts while the boy's arms are being stretched and twisted

  • احس انه مكوته انشقت

  • No No ,... Poor Boy..

  • Comment removed

  • All the dumb comments are comming from the people that do not have a clue what gymnastics is all about. I'm Vadims brother and I've been stretched like this before as well when i was a gymnast and i have no "permanent" damage what so ever. If anything I have a bigger advantage in flexiblitly than most people do, which leads to less injuries.

  • @yoitsily4 Stretching is also suppose to feel good. That's the secret .. ;-)

  • @yoitsily4 Are you really his brother? Kool! You can see how careful that guy is being not to actually "hurt" him. You can get permanent damage from being stretched by someone who does'nt know what they're doing. v.v I wish I could do that though. *sigh* impossibilities.

  • @yoitsily4 yeah right, the kind of stretch you need, for protection against injuries is just a little more than the range of movement you need to perform. Furthermore, developing static stretch much more than active stretch may be a cause of injury, instead of protecting you. Moreover, stretching in this manner is just forcing body to do something, it's not ready for. Than again, I don't know, what level of stretch does this boy already have and if this is just one-time test, or standard routine

  • @yoitsily4

still i think this boy shouldn't be stretched out like that. Just doesn't seem healthy, i can't imagine any child wanting to do that just by itself. But maybe i'm wrong.

  • @yoitsily4 pain is bad idiot

  • @fopperer pain is not bad at all pain shows u ur limit pain shows u when to stop

it is better to have 2 min pain and beeing streched than 3 weeks in gups so think again

  • @yoitsily4 wait some years brother

  • MY BALLS OMFG CANT WATCH THIS SH!T LOL

  • PINEAPPLE! XD

  • he is like in prison^^

  • It concerns me greatly that you work with kids.

  • andddddddddddd he broke

  • I would teach my son to say no to this. However, I would say no first.

  • kid looks really uncomfortable - feel sorry 4 him

  • he looks so uncomfortable.

  • at 0:27 how did the trainor find out he could do that :L:L

  • i was totally going to put my brother in gymnastics....... :( but that looks like it hurts)

  • aaawh its sad

  • it looks painful as heck but thats what it takes to get amazing lines!

the end result, if done right, is always amazing.

  • For those of you saying he's being forced.. What you fail to realize is its a necessary part of training Gymnastics, such is shooting a ball in basketball. Some kids do enjoy gymnastics... few but some, and those some wind up looking like these kids. Do me a favor and shut up unless your a coach or a gymnast... otherwise your Sarah Palin to me.

  • @Dustinmh23 Haha, nice one. You do realise that over 50% of people on here are agreeing with yout though! Lol :p (I agree btw :) I am no sarah palin)

  • @Dustinmh23 Your response matches your abuse!

  • @Karencastle Your response matches your ignorance. shouldn't you be homeschooling your kids?

  • @Dustinmh23

I am homeschooling my kids. And I am also a circus coach and coached gymnastics for 17 years. Ask a doctor what kind of ligament damage you are doing to these kids. Everytime you stretch them to that much pain it sends a message to the brain for their body to tighten up to protect itself. The ligaments stretch instead. Many of these kids grow up with future back and hip chronic pain because of overstretched ligaments. You are a coach not a doctor. I truly hope you get it.

  • @Karencastle Lol the home school your kids comment was a joke but thanks for walking right into it. The concept you are failing to grasp is that in order to be amazing at anything you have to sacrifice something. If he grows up with back pain because of stretching oh well. People have back pain for all kinds of reasons.. some because they choose to eat themselves sick and wind up obese losers... How you coached for 17 years with your type of philosophy blows my mind. Go bubble wrap your kids

  • @Dustinmh23 I am so sorry that you feel that the only way to be amazing at something is to sacrifice something. I am a successful owner of a professional acrobatic troupe. Very successful. I would never dream of treating my professional acrobatic adult performers like this. It concerns me that you work with kids. You say- "oh well" if they grow up with chronic back pain?????? You are the intimidating type. My other concern are the parents who are people pleasers and don't protect kids.

  • @Karencastle Oh and by the way my wife is a doctor and our son is a gymnast so yeah.. your an idiot but thanks for playing.

  • @Dustinmh23 ewww

  • @Karencastle

    i totally agree with you dustinmh23 !

the key to get flexibility is you need to relax and to listen to your body. when you stretch you're tightening your ligaments. what we want to stretch actulally is your muscle, because it's the only part of your body that get flexibility. there's few kind of flexibility, but the easiest way is when you're doing your cooldown after your trainning. and if you want to do some flexibility before your trainning, you need to do active flexibilty.

  • @syzlox

Hi syzlox, It actually sounds like you agree with me not dustinmh23. You clearly understand stretching and understand the importance of listening to your body. How is that like his approach? His approach is no pain no gain. Thanks for sharing. :)

  • @Dustinmh23

what a stupid, ignorant and misanthropic comment. you are nothing but a bloody fascist treating kids this way.

    go eat yourself up.

  • @Dustinmh23 I agree with you. To be great, you have to make sacrafice. Not take easy shortcuts.

  • @EvanesceneMJ that is completely true you dont get to the top without hard work and pain. i really wished my gymnastics coach did that to me more often because my splits aren't great and i can sometimes be lazy. When i was younger this used to be a punishment for being lazy whilst we were doing splits, it hurt so much but my splits improved but now i have a different coach :)

  • its a human not a doll!

  • @projectpulstar I know it seems really brutal but a good coach doesn't push past their limits. He's just really flexible and because it looks so unnatural, we think it's abuse.

  • Flexible dude thats insane dont see those very often ;) He should be really proud of himself but they look like they are forcing him to do all this

  • @TianaAndRhiannaRock they are not forcing the kid but they are forcing the muscles beyond their normal flexibility. this increases a person's flexibilty a lot faster than if he tried stretching on his own. one of the basics any gymnast has to do.

  • Lo so fare anch io !!

    xò bravo

  • SAY UNCLE...

  • ouch..

  • That is not sport. That is mechanics. I am not interested in.

  • no pain no gain

  • if i were you i wouldn't let him bend over like that if he gets too flexible things could go wrong........................ no grandkids 4 u

  • I wish i had someone to stretch me enough like that.

  • eh u say poor boy but he probably wants it

    no pain no gain

  • he looks like he is not enjoying that

    is he ok?

  • @prangergirl

its a part of gymnastics. every kid learns to suck it up

  • holy shit! that looks really hurt

  • what are other videos like this?

  • where are his guts?? xD nice job kid

  • stupid and crual

  • THAT IS ONE BEAUTIFUL BOY!!!

  • superb method, ideal support and alignment. should be employed more often.

  • Wow, that kid looks like he is in great pain, and they should not wear tight short during this particular stretch, it is not appealing.

  • I wish someone would stretch me like that!!!!! Five stars!!!

  • Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cruel.. Its very cruel. To my understanding.. this little boy should be stretching with other little boy.. Not an adult because he dont stretching anyway. Poor little boy. SIGHING!

  • poor boy.......

  • @Xpflex lol what poor boy!!!! i wish i had the flexabilty do u think they just started him out like that HELL no u work up to this like anything.

  • @dwayne20000000000 i mean look at the way he's treated.. he's kinda forced to be good. at least it looks like that :S

  • @Xpflex poor boy ! children should not be strached to the max like that !!!!

  • O moin il et souple ^^

  • ces horible ce ki fon a cette petite

  • Is he twisting his arms? Why did they say pine apple?

  • è uno sport certo..ma il bambino sta soffrendo!Questa è tortura!

  • Povero ragazzino!

  • That is one tough kid

  • I want this coatch!!!!!!! <3 :D

  • terrible that's not normal !

  • May not be normal for normal kids but for sports gymnastics kids, no problem!!

  • @GymVidSrc This is bad for ALL kids. You can see the pain on his face.

  • Get your facts right,,,,clearly you're not a gymnast, nor a coach or even know what youre talking about.

  • sadic

  • 0:31, he looks in pain the poor child!

  • of course he does. you dont get to be the best by taking it easy!

  • @aimieisok You don't get to be the best with an adult putting a kid in pain. All stretching should be done by the athlete alone. Not a sadistic adult pining a kid down & excessively extending him.

    Ignorant self-proclaimed coaches are dangerous.

Real coaches learn anatomy, what to, & how to extend it's ability.

This boy's health will suffer in his later teens. It's not worth a couple of years as an athletic freak, then a cripple for the rest of his life. Your attitude is dangerous to kids.

  • @ willyswagonmastr:

The only one here acting like an IGNORANT SELF-PROCLAIMED COACH is you!

Do you see the kid complaining at the end when the "ignorant self-proclaimed" coach pats him for a good job? Stretching is suposed to be uncomfortable, thats the whole point to it: ...going beyond the normal range of motion in order to gaing flexibility (aka an increase in the regular range of motion)

Get your facts right. Clearly youre not a gymnast, nor a coach or even know what youre talking about.

  • holy crap vadim! wat the hell! dude!

  • pobre nino...no ves la cara de sufrimento q tiene subnormal?!

  • that looks verry painfull:O

  • He actually looks like hes havinf fun...good for him :P

  • I dont think he enjoys it a 100%...but as a gymnast, he sure knows that he's on the right track and clearly realizes the need and purpose of stretching.

  • Any man not secure with their body and attempting to train hard and be trained well would be more focused on great results and not whether they were man or not. Man up grab your nutz and get past the little BS and make something of yourselves or put on a dress and keep crying. Good day.

  • I guess it just shows how the rest of us are unfit couch potatoes.

  • i feel kinda proud, hmm... cant remember that word... impressed? idk

    LOL

  • lol lmao look at his face it looks so funny its like he wants somone to stop it but hes forced into doin that and by the way id rather have a woman stretcher instead of michael jackson behind me stretchn me that hilarious but it looked creepy lmao i cant stop laughin

  • omg that is so true every thing you said lol

  • @dacartel Here's the problem. You see he's in pain and then you think it's funny. Wow how sick are you?

  • @willyswagonmastr Its stretching.. It hurts. You idiot.

  • @Sleepingpillz was this suppose to be haiku?

    "Its stretching

    It hurts

    You idiot"

    You failed!

  • willi..youre the one failing here.

Once again, stretching is supposed to be uncomfortable, thats the whole point to it: ...going beyond the normal range of motion in order to gain flexibility (aka an increase in the regular range of motion)

You dont know what youre talking about.

  • I was saying ow over and over while watching that lol

  • it just freaking hardcore streching, even though he is abit to young to argue!

What doesn't kill you makes you more flexible heh

  • impossible. bionic?

  • great flexibility, you are a master

  • OUTCHY!

  • let me just say ouch!!!!!!!! my nuts wold pop

  • Poor kid.....

  • poor kid

    thats not good for you

force stretching is not good for anyoone even a gymnast

someone should only go as far as that person can go by his/her self without anyone forcing you

  • If I am correct that is a form of stretching. PNF stretching.

"PNF stretching usually employs the use of a partner to provide resistance against the isometric contraction and then later to

passively take the joint through its increased range of motion. It may be performed, however, without a

partner, although it is usually more effective with a partner's assistance."

As long as this is done properly without harming the child physically and mentally. Then imo theres nothing wrong with it :)

  • @MichaelRMears Mental harm = This kid could not say. "No!" to the big man behind him?

Physical harm = you can see the 'man' is hyper-flexing this boy's joints.

Guess you agree this is wrong.

  • i dont think personally i could make myself strech to cause any sort of pain and what i know from diffrent sports with out pain there is no gain and i would prefear someone to fource pain on me so i can be better becase then it will make me better even if it not good and the start

  • @islamforever08 You're in the wrong place, you need to look up Bondage and torture videos.

  • Wow, can he still do that now?

  • wow he is flexible!

  • Great video love to see MAG videos..!!! Keep up the good work and training...!

  • its really not that bad im a figure skater and get stretched all the time like this and it feels really good. it looks painful people who watch. but for those of us who train every day to stretch like this, our bodies are so flexible that it does not hurt like it looks, it is actually just a nice good stretch.

  • every time his legs goes up luk at his hands ...he luks in realli bad pain :(

  • I dunno why people gave you negatives, what you said is true, you can tell he is in pain.

I am a ballet dancer and I can tell you this stretch HURTS! if it felt like a "good stretch" then why was he fidgiting so much and had a sour look on his face, kewkewkachoo?

BUT- Just like ballet, ice skating, ect.. you have to suffer for your art and I give kuddos to the child because he must be very detirmined and his stretching is coming along nicely!

  • At 0:59 they sould have no nuts by then

    just saying XD

  • ino i get tht 4 times a week

  • they look like monkeys.

  • does he have any abs yet

  • I think I just through my back out watching this video. (Call a chiropracter)

  • i can do that to ..

  • sure fire way to back surgery at age 18. I have seen patients this young who required surgery before the age of 20 from ignorant coaches pushing them to far with uncoupled stretching that doesnt require the protective firing of muscles to control the joints

  • I know they can really mess him up

  • who was recording? taylor and lucas? i hear them in the background.

    keep it up vadim! :]

  • the kid is great at flexing, he just better keep it up when he hits puberty

  • Great job! I love the vids! Don't listen to ppl being negative about them. Keep training hard!

  • he's a gymnast that can do incredible stuff on the apparatus. bigger muscles are a DISADVANTAGE.

he doesn't build muscle to get laid -_-

  • serious ?

  • @hitsugaya1001 I have to completely disagree with you bigger muscle doesn't always mean less flexibility if you take a look at most male gymnasts they have massive muscles. Most martial artist also have very hypertrophied muscles and still are very flexible.

  • Poor kid...lol! But awesome job!

  • this is torture

  • how old is he now

  • He just turned 11

  • his arms are so crooked.. i feel bad for him.

  • why'd she say pineapple at 1:46?

  • lol yy did that girl say pineapple at the end? hes very flexible =] good talent x

  • Yeah she did! omg *lol* xDDD

  • lol its not a she. but it sounds like it huh?

    lol

  • i quit gym last year but i used to hate when they stretched our legs out it hurt like hell!!! luckily i have double jointed shoulders so that wasnt soo bad =)
