  • That looks delicious! I've made ice cream using Belgian chocolate truffles. It is a no-cook recipe. Hope you'll take a look sometime. Thanks for an inspiring video!

  • Wow. Great idea! Husband or standmixer w accessories....hmmm.

  • I don't have a freezer bowl for my mixer, so I just stuck a ceramic mixing bowl in the freezer overnight, and had my husband churn up the ice cream for 20 minutes while watching a movie. Worked just as well :)

  • oh my! i wanna taste it!!

  • It's a real spice blend that you find in the grocery store: cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, clove, mace. It takes 5 mins to make your own blend if you have the spices.

  • What's 'pumpkin pie spice'?

  • i want to make this when i get my first ice cream maker but but i have to start little first

  • wow i love this ice cream

  • looks great!

  • Excellent recipe. I believe that this might be one of those recipes that you must follow exactly or disaster may occur. Having said that, this recipe requires cooking the cream / egg yolk mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes but do not boil. My stove will boil anything on medium heat in about 3 minutes. Be careful. This ice cream was delicious and I will make it again!!
