I just want to give you a tip for coloring hair when goes into the skin ...... before you start coloring your hair, apply a thick cream to places likely it goes paint by mistake (forehead, ears and neck). If you paint everywhere, just grab a cigarette ashes and rub for a few minutes (100% working)

It went everywhere because you are suppose to put the mousse in your hand before putting it on your head. The box says not to directly put it on your hair.

Maybe it was that u shaked it up in the beginnig or something, cuz i didnt make a mess at all! And u should put vaseline to ur hairline and places where the color could go, so it wont stick! I loved the mousse, so much easier! But if u have the other one u like better than use that! They dont sell that in Finland, i would try it if they would!

It really is very hard to get off if it gets on your skin. With regular hair dyes I can wipe the spots where it got on my face immediately after applying it and it will come right off. I did the same with the mousse and it actually stained my skin and took a few days to fully come off. My hair is naturally a dark chestnut brown and I only try to match my natural color when coloring my hair. I used the Iced Dark Brown and my result was way darker than it should've been. This is an ongoing proble

A good tip. Put a nice layer of moisturizer around the hairline, ears and neck :)

@alyssarhood well, I heard that if you color your hair with mousse it's gonna be darker than it's on the box.

@LizzieSwe1 you could but you should use a light brown and then go darker so you have the base colors you need. because blonde hair doesn't have the base colors that darker browns do, so if you go straight from blonde to dark brown it might either come out lighter than you want or it might fade to a really odd color. but it depends on your hair.

You should have squirted the foam onto your hand and applied it to your hair in sections; starting from the roots. Then massage your hair gently periodically during the 30 mins. This way foam dyes spread evenly without the mess lol xD.

@Fiennas The color lasted as if I went to a salon and got it done. I suggest you only use this if you want your hair like that for a while lol. The only thing that changed were, well my roots but hair grows hehe. So yes very very permanent. I recently just got my hair done and the stylist said foam hair color is the worse! :(

I just used the exact same color, and I was really disappointed. I always use L'Oreal but couldn't find my brown in the usual application. Anyway, I'm getting married in a month...so I bought the dye to match my own extensions. Well, this stuff for some reason didn't grab all of my hair. So I had to get another box... still didn't! Plus it was crazy messy and the stains were harder to remove than the other dye.

Now I have to go to a hair salon to have it fixed :-(

The color stayed pretty well but you are right, the stains were much much harder to remove than other dye and it was really messy! Have you tried fat foam?

Ur hair looks awesome! I almost always get dye on my forehead :( But i use vaseline on my forehead, neck and ears and as soon as im done putting the dye on i wipe and wahlah no dye on my face/neck, u should try it :-)
