For all who keep on saying that Eshon is throwin up illuminati symbols, well from an artist's perspective I can say that most rappers do not know what they're doing with their hands because they're so focused on the rhyme. I've heard a litany of complaits saying that I thew up illuminati/satanic symbols, but in all reality i didnt remember what i did with my hands. I hop that kinda shed some light on things....God Bless

My point isn't that it's a "bad" symbol, or that because of this Eshon is bad, but that he shouldn't be making this symbol. I mean, I've heard people say "I've been pointing with my middle finger long before it was bad", and the middle finger isn't necessarily a bad finger, but with the way our culture is, it's probably not a good idea to point with it.

Look at 1 Corinthians 8. I used to think this chapter was a bit irrelevant, like really, have you ever even seen food offered to idols?

I haven't. But one time I was reading that, and it hit me that the significance isn't on the meat, it's doing things that might lead people astray. Like if someone thatmight be a new Christian saw Paul eating meat that was offered to idols, they might be like "whoa, that dude's eating idol meat?? (cont.)

You know how Paul talks about knowledge and getting puffed up at the beginning of the chapter? Well, You&I know that a hand symbol does not make someone Christian or not. "Food will not commend us to God. We are no worse off if we do not eat, and no better off if we do." (vs. 8) So lets apply this to the symbols, and it would be like "symbols dont make us saved or not. We are no worse off if we dont show them,and no better off if we do."

I mean, from hgow I interpret the chapter, If those signs lead someone astray, you shouldnt do them.
