Hey there raykmond! Miss you too! Yeah, between Dewhurst and Straus that bill was never meant to see the light of day again. They totally cowered to big government. Why we couldn't have just defended our 10th amendment rights and also set a precedent for the whole country is beyond me. It's really sad that our "law"makers are such cowards. Thanks for watching. @AmpSanders Thank you so much. Yes, I've been posting this all over place and am also thankful too the people who have been sharing it. Yes, I was looking at this in the same light. Our Texas legislature could have set an amazing standard for the rest of the country. Instead, they did not. I still admire Simpson for authoring the bill, but not to the people in our State Congress that killed it.

From just personal observation.... watching his body language and how he handled the proceedings... he's NOT about our liberties. David Simpson was amazing. I met him, his daughter, and his wife on Monday. He is the REAL THING. I can promise yall that. It's truly sad what happened to his bill. He is intent on reintroducing it. @trinitytexas77 repost it everywhere. I'm from Indiana and I've been able to inform quite a few people on what's happening in Texas right now. I look at this on a global scale though....How long will it be before our leaders recognize that this is OUR planet too. Do they realize it? Obviously so, with programs like the TSA they are attempting to control that fact and reduce the population. I don't mean to go way outside the box like that and ruin what this wonderful person is doing, it's true.

The facts are the Federal gov is not interested in the law of the land. The federal gov has a policy of criminal behavior on the part of the agents and agency of said gov. We have whole agencys that do nothing other then engage it criminal behavior 24 -7 365 year after year after year. Every wire trap, every search and cesure, every false arrest, every propaganda news cast, every unlawfull attact using the DOD, SWAT, ATF, FBI, and even sheriffs and local police is all criminal acts by gov.

Reasonable suspicion is not enough to search me. My rights, as guaranteed under the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, require a warrant, issued by a judge, based on probable cause, nothing less. If Sen. Patrick wants to really do something to bring the issue to light, then he should bring the real issue to light, which is that there are many Texas legislators that are either afraid of the federal government or simply believe that it is OK for the TSA to sexually molest people. Need PC!!!!
