Ben you seem to be one of the few that gets Gwave. But what you missed was the Conversation aspect of it.

Take a look at the Twitter app aggregation of a Tweet, it organizes the single first tweet and everything that follows the thread into a Wave or conversation as we currently call it.

You can see the beginning of this in Gmail and how Gmail will organize an email thread into a conversation.

With this Gwave app I could see Twitter becoming a much more effective communication tool.

ANYONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS ON WINDOWS VISTA IS THE PROBLEM THEMSELVES!!! Vista is a fine operating system. and before you even mention BSOD it is just as likely as Kernal Panic. If you use bad software/ hardware on a PC you may get BSOD. If you use bad hardware/software on a Mac you may get Kernal panic. Simple. And fr the of you with old PC's wondering why it crashes; if i managed to get leopard onto a Mac Classic it would crash constantly. and @garric2007 for £599 I could build a gaming rig.

pc easily - you can do so much more than on a Mac. I'd also say wait for windows 7 if you can, or buy it later and upgrade. Its a massive speed boost and solves many compatability issues.

I don't have many problems with compatability issues with my Vista. The only one was Macromedia Studio 8 but after SP1 a long time ago it fixed it. Windows 7 will be great :D getting the upgrade for sure. I guess im just lucky with having no vista issues :D.

Mac all the way, in the long run you'll save money and you can always run windows on it if you feel the need too, mac mini's are 599 and fast and compact, pick up a screen for 200 or less (doesn't have to be apple) and your set, and dont get scared about the ram, a gig goes much father on a mac then pc, Trust..
