I'm supposed to watch Love Letters coz I admire Jennifer Jones as an actress. Watched her in Carrie, Love is a Many Splendor Thing. She's really a great actress. I chance upon this. Very Italian. Thanks.
Wow, what a movie. Thanks for uploading. I read about this movie today in JJ's obit in the NYTimes. I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to find it here. Butchered or not this was quite the film. Lots of Hitchcock-y elements to it. Grazie!
Hi there! Thank you very much not only for watching, but for taking the time to share your thoughts! I really enjoyed reading your comments. A great romantic film, even in this "butchered" version!
Don't remember when I last talked back to a movie so much! "Don't go, you foolish woman!" "Stay with Monty!" So much sadness. (sigh) I did enjoy it, though! Five stars!

RIP, Jennifer Jones...such a gorgeous and talented lady. It's nice to think that Giovanni and Mary are happily together in the ever after!

I'm not sure what Robert, David and Norton are saying, but yes, we do take comfort in thoughts like this, don't we?
